healthy amount of exercise per day

i'm 14/f. i'm 5'3" and 115 pounds. i love to stay in shape and eat healthy, etc. i don't want to exercise too much and get sick or anything. i always make sure to drink enough water before, during, and after exercising. people. i have heard that 30 minutes of physical activity per day is healthy, but i don't know a specific answer for my body type. i normally spend 20-30 minutes every few days on this schwinn stationary bike thing. what is a normal and safe amount of exercise per day for me?
