i really want to lose some of my stomach my summer. im not fat, its just i have a little extra under my belly button and the botom of my sides, toward the back. situps arent seeming to do anything, and its soo anooying. what excercises can make it go away maybe by summer?

I was just wondering, how many minutes a day would I have to jump rope to lose weight? Consider that I'm also eating healthy and walking 30 minutes to school, and 30 minutes back. How much would I lose in a week? month? year? if I kept going with this excersize/diet.

If I start eating less, but still eat breakfast/lunch/ and dinner..
And at the sametime I start working out like craaaaazzyyyy!! Will this make me stop growing?
Cause I'm already pretty short.
How can I excersize without disturbing my growth?

Let's say I take the rest of the year off (until summer) and do nothing but work out, like ATLEAST 3 houres/ day. Sometimes more. How much will I lose in that amount of time?
Another scenario, let's say I run 2 houres a day, for the rest of this month ( + eat healthy/ drink lots of water) would that be better? And would that help me loose the extra fat I have?

Ok, so prom is in 40 days and I need to fit in/ look gorgeous in my prom dress.
Question is; Is it possible to loose weight in 40 days?
If so, How much weight will I be able to loose?
I already eat healthy and walk for 20 minutes each day, I do crunches and sit-ups.
What else will I need to add to lose weight in a month or so?

In October, i dislocated my knee cap and partially tore my patella(ligament in my knee) I did physical therapy and it hurt, but i thought it was getting better. I re-injured it almost a month ago, like i dislocated it again. It is still SOOO swollen, and my leg and foot are swollen too. I still can't bend it, at all. I am going to the doctor in about a week .. and im nervous. Will I need surgery? And why do you think my leg is swollen. Oh and i am using crutches and I have an immobilizer.

so ive tried everything to gain weight and it doesnt work. well i am 5 7 and weigh 100 lbs and on top of that i am 21 years old and recently had a baby. well when i was pregnant i was 108lbs and only went up to 123lbs, after giving birth im back down to 100lbs and i went to the doctor before and after having my baby, and they told me to gain weight id have to eat right. well i always have but no matter how hard i try it doesnt work and i eat like a pig. im really worried b/c i hate the way i look im too skinny id love to be like 120-130 lbs but nothing helps. too when i was pregnant you couldnt even tell i gained weight i was a toothpick with a big belly. so should i go back to the doctor and have them check me out in the hospital or something? please help me, thanks!

So, I've been working on my stomich, i want a 6 pac bad.. my problem is doing 150-250 crunches with 30 pouds a day isnt doin it fast enough, does anyone know anyway to get abes faster? and if so.. how long!????

Hi, I am the maid of honor for my best friends wedding on May 13th. I got a dress that was too small, but I've been woorking out and I've changed my eating habits. I can now fit the dress, but I am a little uncomfortable with the top. The dress is a halter and the area around my chest, breast, and upper back are kind of squished in. Are there any particular exercises I can do to make it fit better up there? I have less than 3 weeks to go. I've upped my cardio to about 1.25-1.5 hours a day plus weight training. I just want to slim down up there. Please Help!!!!!

how can i gain wait? im 15/f i have a fast matabolism and i cant seem to gain weight past 100. my mom said that if i dont gain weight than she is going to take me to the hospital for crazy people....no offence ok.....and i dont know what to do....i dont even know what foods fatten people up....can you help me? my mom is mean. lol. just because im skinny and shes not doesnt mean that she has to be mean to me.....so does anyone now any fattening foods

ok well i was watching rent and rosario darson or w.e. her name is really skinny and i was wondering if anyone knows how she stays skinny because i really want to lose weight, and im running and doing this fitness thing for your stomach and it works [the stomach thing] and i was just wondering some exercizes for my legs, besides running.

okay i know this question has been asked a million times and i get the same answer: crunches, but it doesnt work so here:
i want to lose my lower stomach fat and i have tried exercises like crunches, situps and walking. what are some really good exercises or something i could do to get that lower stomach to be flat? it gets annoying because i cant wear shirts that show a little belly and such, so does anyone know anything/exercises i could do that you know will DEFINETLY work? please help because i have been trying to get my stomach to be flat but it never happens and i have waited for like months. and please dont say crunches or running, ive tried those and dont work well.. thanks ill rate high

I dont know why, but I have rediculously flabby underarms. It's like there's so much extra skin in my armpit. It looks really really bad with dresses. Is there any kind of exercise I can do to get rid of it.
