Most likely she doesn't do it naturally anyways. And if she does she's really devoted to it. I've said this before, but you don't have to be 90 pounds to look good. In my opinion people look better when they're healthy, being 115-125. And being 90 something pounds isn't healthy. Anyways, running is the best thing you can do. If you diet, the weight isn't going to stay gone forever. It will come back eventually. Good luck!

Ok well . yo ucant get your body to look exactly like that .. but .. if you have eat healthy first off..they not to eat alot of salt makes you retain water .. ok so lay on the floor like you were going to do crunches .. put your legs up at an angle not straight up . keep your knees locked and moving one foot above and then below one .. it helps your leg muscles to get tight .. also using a gym bike .. helps alot .. ]
Honestly, I think everyone is beautiful.
And sometimes people just have big bones, but that doesnt make you fat. My point being, even if you lost a lot of weight, your bones would be the same size.
& i agree with the advice before this, Rosario probably doesnt have a very healthy died, because shes that skinny.
But try pilates, or squats, those work very good!

The truth of the matter is if she is really that skinny (I havew yet to see Rent) she either has an eating disorder or naturally has a really fast motabolism. (sorry, I can't spell) If it's the first one, then that is not something you want at all. If you are really considered about it, go to your doctors. She will know what is best for you, and that might not be what is best for everybody else. ]
