16/f.the other day i went on the elliptical for 30 minutes, (which i havent done in a while) its 3 days later and my arms are killing me! what are some ways i can stretch them out and help them feel better?

Actually you can't do anything. It's called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and the only thing which heals it is time.

the best thing would just to relax them doing other exercises with sore mussells will just make it hurt even more

That's your muscles because they're not used to the exercise. Heat usually soothes aching muscles. You can get cream that heats itself up and soothes them. In future try doing warm ups before you do that kind of exercise.
