I'm 15, still growing, how will my exersizing affect my grow

Question Posted Saturday April 29 2006, 5:40 am

If I start eating less, but still eat breakfast/lunch/ and dinner..
And at the sametime I start working out like craaaaazzyyyy!! Will this make me stop growing?
Cause I'm already pretty short.

How can I excersize without disturbing my growth?

keep your diet healthy. for the foods you do eat during those meals, make sure their not fattyfoods. get the right fruits and veggies and drink milk for stronger bones. eating healthy will also help with your exercising. so to answer your question, no it wont make you stop growing.

hope this helps!! :] ♥

eating less will stunt your growth to a point.. if you are not getting the correct nutrients you can't grow properly! but as long as you have 2 glasses of milk a day and some veggies you should be fine!

Just keep up a healthy diet and try not to work yourself too hard. If you do that then the only thing that'll effect your hight would probably be something genetic.
