I'm 18. I'm in high school. A high school for the GIFTED, actually, and yet half the kids in my school don't know the difference between "their" and "they're", "your"/"you're", "to"/"too", etc. And, well, neither does the rest of teenage America.
What the fuck? What HAPPENED. What the hell is wrong with this country that we can't learn grammatical laws that have been introduced to is in, what, second grade? Has having cell phones permanently put kids in "typin like dis lol" mode?

Okay so My older brother and his best friend want to go to see the Toronto Raptor mascot, and get eaten by him.
He does a skit where he eats the cheerleaders and everything! Its really funny.
Now they started a page on facebook and the raptor said that if they got 500 thousand fans he would have them fly out to toronto and he would eat them during one of his skits.
I want to help him out, what would be the best way to go about getting people to join this fan group? Can i post it on like a homepage on facebook? Or is it going to take a long time?

Hey everyone, im 15/f.
And i have suffered from Anorexia Nervosa. I just got out of the hospital. Im doing much bettter. But do you have any tips on how i can eat less? Becuase i sit here and tell myself i wont eat alot then i do. I just need to eat less. Im 5"7 and im thin. but i weigh 155. i want to be 120. what do i do??? Thanks in advance

When will I be protected?

I take Sronyx birth control and I have the pack where it is 21 active pills then 7 inactive pills. This week I am not the inactive pills so me and my boyfriend are not going to have sex (since we don't like using condoms). But how long does it take for me to get back on track and protected when I get back on the active pills next week? I want to be sure I'm protected before we start having sex again. I KNOW that birth control doesn't protect you 100% and we should be doubling up and using a condom but we don't like to so don't lecture me on that. I would just like to know when I'll be protected. I've liked this kid for about 3 years now, never had the guts to tell him because we are friends and if he didn't feel the same it would be too awkward. All the girls love him, but me and him have always had a special bond. He would never disrespect me, he treats me so good .. but I never know if he is doing it because we're friends or he likes me as something more. I got off my period on friday and had protected sex on saturday.Unfortunately, the condom broke towards the end but my partner DID pull out.There could be a chance sperm is inside me,but i don't know.I was wondering what my chances are of being pregnant?I know sperm lives inside for 3 days and I ovulate after 2 weeks.I began taking birth control on sunday night (I've never taken it before,this is my first time) So is there a high chance I'm pregnant?

So, I see a lot of girls who have lip gloss on, but their lips are very light pink. I have lip primer from MAC, but when I use it and put on light pink lip gloss, the color of my lips stays the same. It's just shinier, which I don't want. It seems like lip gloss never changers the color of my lips. I want my lips to be a very light pink, not the dark pink that they are!
