i know that your not going to care what i say because you are in love with him but if he really was in love with you why would he want someone else? really be smart and think about it be strong if you really want him the best thing is too just pretend like if it doesnt bother you , it will drive him insane you get me in the mean while , while waiting for this dude talk to someone else just in case he really doesnt want to do anything with you . finding someone else would be great the pain wont go away fast but it helps in these situations.

But anyway,what the hell? Either your "dream" guy is a complete idiot or far too young to understand what a real relationship is [i'm guessing it's the latter].
Obviously he just wants to get as many chicks as possible, and he's just telling you he cares about you so you'll stick around. I mean, think about it. It bothers you that he's with other girls. If you were in his shoes, if someone you cared about didn't want you sleeping around, would you still do it, even if it meant hurting them? No. AND he broke up with you to sleep around. Nobody in their right mind would do that if they TRULY cared for their boyfriend/girlfriend.
A relationship is a compromise. You have to give up some of your wants and rights so both of you will be happy. And seeing other people is usually one of them.

you might not think so, but i think it'd be good to cut him off. Just stop with the constant sex, make him want you. Theres alot more than that too with std's and everything but thats not what you care about. Tell him how you really feel. Tell him how he makes you feel, and see what he says. Before you do this you might want to say you don't want to sleep with him unless your dating because guys will say ALOT just to get in your pants, take it from me. And hes cheating on his girlfriends, what does that mean for you? what if hes done that to you and you didn't find out? keep this in mind, and get your feelings out there. :)
