I am a rising sophomore (f/15) in high school and i think i have gained atleast 10 pounds since last summer. I'm 5'7 and 146 pounds and i know that isnt overweight or anything but i'm very concerned. I dont exercise much and i m not in any team sports. I've tryed dieting but i'm too much of a procrastinator to stick with anything. What should i do to lose a few pounds or to maintain a steady weight and not just gain? I feel so lazy and sluggish sometimes and the only thing i feel like doing is surfing the internet. I dont think its what I eat thats the problem its mainly lack of exercise. Please give me any exercise tips.

I have huge love handles and I know 2 exercises to do to get rid of them.
I was wondering what are some foods I should and should not eat?
I REALLY want to get rid of them, they are HUGE!!

everyone says to lose the fat you have to do cardio and i need some good ideas that work quickly and well cosz i have muscles just their uderneath the fat so plese ideas? thanks.

Today, I did one of the workouts in they had in Seventeen magazine. It was the first time I did it. After, I felt kind of shaky and exhausted. I felt like "woozy". Is there something wrong?

Someone else mentioned Turbo Jam in another answer, and I just wanted to get several opinions on this. Are the exercise/dance moves difficult to do or to learn? If someone is consistant, are the results as good as they promise? If anyone has done this do you get stiff and sore in the beginning?

Ohhkay. To make a long story short..I am realy nice to about anyone.. exept if i hear you talk about me.. then i realy just talk to you about it. Anyways.. Well almost a year ago a girl started talking about to me so i asked her to stop/ asked what was up .. and i thuoght that was the end of it.. then she started saying nasty rummers. and one of them was that i had a hairy back.. of that of that the nickname "silverback" started.. now EVREY POPULAR kid and some non-popular ones call me it. .. well anyways. lately ive been told i was fat. and i dont want to eat now.. like ever again. and yea i can probaly stand to lose 20..30 pounds as you can tell from this - ( www.myspace.com/meg_92 ) but anyways.. i am about to go anteresic and ...

I just started playing tennis about 2 months ago and i decided to try out for my high school team. But now im not so sure if i should try out or not because all the other girls have been playing there whole lives. Also does anyone play tennis and have any tips for serving?

hey i'm about 20lbs over weight and i need a quick way to lose at least 9lbs in the next two weeks be for i ship out for Basic training for the US army, i also need a great workout for builing upper body mucle mass really fast also in the next two weeks

my sister is 2 grades ahead of me and almost 3 inches taller, and we weigh the same. should i be losing weight? every inch in your height is supposed to be 5 pounds, so that means i should lose 15 pounds to be a healthy weight, right? i'm so confused. help would be much appreciated, thanks.

school started on the 28th and basketball starts on the first day.
and i have some extra belly fat that i wanna lose within the next month; (before school starts) im capable of running. but i prefer not to but hey if i have to, i will=]
any workout ideas?
i wanna drop maybe 5-7 pounds.

okay. im 14... i dont see how people geet fat... i mean theres alot a big people in this world always complaining about their weight..&& ive never been fat before..im like really skinny...and i eat alot...when i see that im gaining a few pounds i cut down a little..&& it helps me keep my figure...alot of people even think im anorexic but im not..trust me.....what i dont get is why is it a really big person all like look at me im fat..i dont fit in&& low self exsteem and stuff...when really they can control that fat of theirs...unless someones making you eat alot...if you really want to be skinny...work for it you fat cows...just kidding...just saying...if you really want to be skinny WORK...and if you think you dont...
