-Celery has pretty much no calories, and is good for you, plus it fills you up. So eat up on the celery
-It takes 20 minutes for you stomach to tell your brain that you are not hungry anymore. So eat slow and walnuts have something in them that tells your brain that you are not hungry. So eat 3 or 4 walnuts about 10 to 15 minutes before a meal.
-Try jogging at night or when you wake up.
-Do a set of 50 sit ups a day
-Do jumping jacks while watching TV.
-And you can always turn your TV to the work out channel.
-Eat healthy and DO NOT starve yourself! when you do that your body stores fat in your stomach which makes you gain weight!

I found a great website you could go to. The font is REALLY small so you might have to copy and paste it to microsoft word or anything like that to read. I have read it and it seems perfect.
