can someone give me a good workout that doesn't involve running or pushups? thanks.

i bought this magazine today called Oxygen && it has exercises in it. These are the ones that you will start out with.
Lunges && Push-ups && squats && mountain climbers.
Even tho you dont want to do push-ups maybe you should get into doing them because they give you muscle && does help.

How about crunches? Those will get your middle sections flattened out. I don`t know about the rest of you, because running is really important. i hope that helped you. =)
