everyone says to lose the fat you have to do cardio and i need some good ideas that work quickly and well cosz i have muscles just their uderneath the fat so plese ideas? thanks.

Is the fat on your stomach? If so, do a safe diet and do a lot of sit ups. If you have something that does the same thing, but more advance, try that. If there's fat on your arms and legs, do a lot of running and go to the gym. I hope you be happy!

The number one thing I recommend when working out is to have friends with you. That makes it 10x more fun.

Try watching a dance video and trying to learn the dance.
Run up and down your steps 20 times without stopping.
Do jumping jacks ((no, really, they make you sweat if you do enough))


Anything that will make you sweat is really good =D

walking 2-3 miles every day or running works wonders for me. Also, if you are excersing but then just putting fatty foods right back into your body, it probably isn't going to change your body. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits is the key, and staying away from tons of carbs and sugar.
