What's a healthy diet to lose about 10 pounds in 13 days without starving myself and eating healthy. how much excersize do i have to do? and how much do i have to run for and how long? i need all those answers and any advice i can get
your exercise really depends on your body type like the heavier you are the less exercise you need. i would say though that you would really have to run alot.. i think you would be better off walking or jogging because you burn like the same about of calories but it is alot less on your body [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
kallan answered Thursday August 10 2006, 10:00 pm: losing that much weight in that little amount of time is VERY unhealthy and it's very unlikly that it will happen without you eating healthy. You would have to run something like 10 miles a day to burn enough calories. I really don't suggest you try to lose that much weight, irt's very bad for your body and health. If you want to lose weight, count your calories and try to stay under about 2000 a day. Also,try to get atleast 45 min of excersise in per day, but not more that like 1.5 hours. hope this is helpful!
