ok well i just got the ab lounge 2 does it work and how long do i have to use it to see results



and yes i no that if i wsant to loose weight i need to go on a diet so i am :]

no no no no those things make it easier on your abs therefore not stressing your muscles and without stressing your muscles there is no way in hell or heaven that your going to see ANY results regular sit ups are the best.

Well they sell those at my work.. although it is my dream chair just because it is comfy and you can stretch back on it the sales man there said it is not a good workout chair and you erally don't see results.
