abs

im trying to tone my abs, love handles, legs, and butt because i used to have like a 4 pack haha and i want it back and im also kinda pear shaped. well i heard that even if i try to tone those areas nothing will happen unless i do cardio. which i dont like bc weights and non-cardio things are much more my type of workout and also im 16 and only a 32a and i want bigger boobs i dont want them to decrease from cardio lol!!! what can i do?

Taebo

Ok, so I have been doing Taebo every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the last few weeks. I am a 16/f and I am just wondering how long it takes for the results to start showing?? I am 5'6" and weigh 210, does the Taebo actually take away the weight or does it just tone the body?? Thanks so much for your help, Need answers as soon as possible!!!!

Compulsory Cross Country Run!!

We start a cross country run tomorrow...it's around 2 nad a bit miles. But i have no stamina what so ever. I am probably one of the fastest people in our year, but i can't run for ages.
What are ways to improve stamina ?

Body hair

I'm a sixteen year old female. I have dark, thick hairs down the middle of my stomach below my bellybutton. I'm really self-conscious of it - I can't wear a swimsuit or anything. I've heard that shaving it just makes it darker and thicker (plus, I've shaved it before and it just comes back all stubbly). I've also heard that waxing does the same thing.

Is there any way to get rid of this hair or make it lighter? Is it unhealthy to bleach the hair there (like some people do to upperlip hair)?

how do you get rid of cellulite? cause like i'm 14 and hate having it! and.. whats it from? cause i'm about 135 & 5,1 -- fat i know! but like i had it when i was skinnier too? ahh. thanks. :)

okay does the ab lounge really work?? my mom just got us one and im really looking to lose some weight and get a flat tummy. im 15/f by the way and 145 lbs. so as you can see i really need to lose this weight. does anyone have any advice or have used it before an seen results? thank you!

okay, well i'm 13 years old in january. i'm about 5'4, and i have sorta an athletic type body. every one tells me im' not fat and im really skinny but i think i'm overweight. i weigh about 125-130. is that about right?

ok. so i am a 14/f and im about 125 pounds. i have a chubby stomach and a shubby face. but not overly chubby. the only thing i dun like is my chin. like i dont have a double chin but like i will one day. is there anyway to loose some fat around my face??

I am a size 7 now but i really want to be about a size 4 or 3. what are some things i could do to be that size??

what workouts should i do?

i want to do some things to tone my body more. but im worried about working out and buliding up muscle making my thighs and arms bigger rather than smaller but stong like i want. Arms and thighs are where i want to tone down the most and my stomach. any good ideas for workouts that i can do to make these areas smaller and lose some weight without becoming more of a muscle women?

does anyone know of any cheap hip hop dance places? i wanna maybe perform and stuff too, but all the places i know of are cheer/really expensive. maybe less than $100 would be good. performance isn't necessary. thanks

Hello, I am 6'4 295 pounds and 19 years old.
I really have just been sitting for the past few years gaining weight without really paying attention.. But as I realize how terrible it is for me to be 295 pounds at 19.
I need some good advice to take off the weight.

Also, what would be a target weight for someone of my height?

A little background :
I used to drink 12 packs of mountaindew every other day, have regular flavored taco chips at least 3 times a week and eat lots of white flour products. I stopped drinking soda about 7 months ago and have a can once or twice a month now.
I have cut out white flour within the last two months.

i really want to lose weight. but i'm lazy and won't do anything. any advice on foods to eat, HOW TO ABSTAIN FROM EATING ICE CREAM, OTHER FATTY FOODS, ETC. and exercises to do that aren't strenuous and you don't have to go anywhere to do them? i'd go for walks but it's cold outside.

well i have a little problem. my legs are really fat. i am normal arpund my stomach and stuff but my thights are so fat. like i dont fit in any jeans and they touch up there so it makes me run slower and it gets on my nervs.
i want to get rid of that

i really need advice. do you know how to lose weight? especially in my stomach and thighs. whenever i walk my feet are always touching and whenever i sit down, my thighs look like flatout pancakes. are there any tips? i know doing situps or crunches are good, but i seem to not do it coz of my laziness. [lol] im serious i get tired after doing about 20 situps then i stop. are there any food i shud avoid to lose weight? ive heard that if you lose weight and start eating whatever again, youll gain fat back. and that scares me. i wanna be fit and healthy for the rest of my life. pls give advice! and thanks in advance! =]
