okay does the ab lounge really work?? my mom just got us one and im really looking to lose some weight and get a flat tummy. im 15/f by the way and 145 lbs. so as you can see i really need to lose this weight. does anyone have any advice or have used it before an seen results? thank you!

I have used the before and i think they are really fun to sit in but i really don't think they do any more for you than regular crunches but they do give you a little more range... All in all they arent to bad for losing weight
