Plan B question

Hi, so i got my last period July 31st and it ended August 5th.
I had sex on the 8th (friday) we used a condom, but then later on blahblah we ended up having a quickie without a condom, he didn't do anything and I highly doubted I was pregnant (yes I know there's always a chance) I took plan b the next day -- to be safer rather than sorry.
I've never taken it before. Anyways I was fine after I took it, but then wednesday (the 12th) I started spotting a little, and it's friday now but it's gotten heavier, so is this my period again?
(I also had sex last night with a condom though -- I dont know if that made the spotting worse)
So yeah I know plan b a side effect is spotting, but can...

15/f k so i have 'hormonal acne' meaning the kind of acne thats like tiny little bumps all over your face, not big enough to pop or anything and the only way to get rid of it is through using birth control. the problem is, my doctor and parents dont particularly want me to be on birth control. i dont have that bad of periods, i mean they normaly last the full 7 days and there kinda heavy but my doctor said 'unless you have to go to the hospital because your periods are so bad than your fine' so i guess that doesnt count...and im not 'sexually active' so he wont give them to me for that either. but i could be soon so who knows. i just dont know how to get on it because every time i go i always ask to be on it and they always say no :( even t...

im not sure if its because im self conscious or not about everything on me or if this can really happen, i was pregnant but lost the baby at 10 weeks and my boobs grew a lot in that time to wear i got stretch marks and i was happier with the bigger boobs since i was only a 34B and now that i lost the baby and im not lactating anymore it looks to me like my boobs shrunk like maybe even smaller than before can that really happen or is it in my head?

okay there's this guy I've been "good freinds" with for a while now and he keeps bugging me to have sex with him. I really do want to but he makes me nervous! i just took plan b that my sister bought from the cvs, she said that it's the same thing as what the doctors give you.. just that you pay more for it. it's for 17 year olds and under, and i took it 14 hours after the sex. how effective will it be? will it work? it said to take one, and to take the other one in 12 hours. it just didn't say how effective it was. help?
