ok so me and my friend each liked someone for 2 years. they both got girlfriends. i did not cry over the guy that i liked when he got a girlfriend but my friend did. what could this mean? does this mean she liked her guy more?

panic attack feelings

I have been having anxious feelings/ pre panic attack. Im in college and when i went home for the weekend I had the feelings like every day there which was 4 days. Because i had so many, now i am freaking out trying to figure out what caused me to have it and makes me want to avoid those situations. My boyfriend came up here and i was fine all week, now that he left today and went back home and i might go home next week, i already feel reallyyyyy anxious and it makes me not want to go home. Im not sure why i feel this way, because normally i would be soo happy to go home, but my fear is knowing i have to say goodbye and leave.

my boyfriend and his family are moving back to england at the end of the year weve been going out for 3 years now and i dont know what im going to do im 18 and a part of me is saying i should stay home another is telling me go with him. this feeling of him leaving is tearing us apart hes my bestfriend and my boyfriend and i really think we were going to have a life together. i was going to just go to a two year colluge for nursing so i dont really dont care where i go i want to be with him so bad and he literally can not stay because of finacial reasons. but if anyone has advice on what i should do or if i should go and if i do then explain how to start planning my future.

I stopped birth control and now I have a missed period

I am 17 and i have been on birth control since I was 14. i stopped a few months ago and my period still came on time.I haven't had sex in 7 months so i wasn't worried when my period didn't come my doctor said I was stressed out. so I went on a little vacation to my boyfriends and we had unprotected sex. My period still hasn't come and its now a month late should I be worried?

So theres this guy i REALLY like. My best friend likes him 2. So he asked me out i said yes. My best friend started acting weird. I have known one of my really close friends since about first grade. She has always been a person I go to for a great girl's night out; we shop together, watch movies, etc. She's amazingly talented and we've always shared our passion for writing.

Alright, I am 16 and a girl and he is 16 and a boy. For the longest time, I didn't like this boy, I thought he was a total dousche bag so I never even tried to talk to him. I was raped a few months ago. I was a virgin and the guy knew that. I just feel so empty and confused all the time now. My parents know and I see a counselor, but nothing really helps this feeling go away. How to lose weight?

i'm 18/f, i weigh about 150 pounds. my ideal weight is around 135, is there any specific exercises i should do to get down to the target weight? i am a little overweight.
i have love handles, and was wondering if there was a workout technique i could use to get rid of them or make them smaller.
i also have a bunch of excess tummy fat, i heard somewhere that crunches and situps werent good for it, is that true?
basically, i just want to tone up my body, and i need help with what exercises i should do...

ive been getting drunk and making out with a lot of guys nothing serious or crazy but recently i got very drunk and made out with this boy and gave him head.
i feel so weird about it because i think the guy hates me and its making me feel queezy.

confused on the process

ok so i'm a senior in high school and i'm still really confused on this whole "road to state tournament" process.
i'm too embarassed to ask my coach because he will get pissed. He expects seniors to be leaders and he will be angry if one of the seniors (me) doesn't know the whole process to state. one time a junior asked him if one of the teams was in our section and he laughed and called her a blonde.. thats because he expected her to know the answer. so if he hears me ask this silly question he will for sure laugh at my face.
anyways. my question is.. i'm so confused on the road to a state tournament.
I get that there's different conferences and sections, but I dont get how those rank...

Crushing on a co-worker

So I just started this job a month ago. I've been working at the front desk and this co-worker Sean who has been passing by the desk has caught my eye. Well I told another co-worker Mason about my little crush on Sean and he hangs out with Sean outside of work. Last night they went out and I was brought up in conversation last night...and Sean said he thinks I'm cute with my glasses on and that I'm cute ingeneral. Mason hinted I was was interested and Sean told him to tell me he was single.
What should I do? He works during the weekend and I work every other weekend and sometimes on Fridays!
