Stupid Teenage Bull

I was at the mall with a friend of mine and we met up with this girl he knows from school. We talked for a few minutes, and I started joking with her that I was going to call her again and again until she had seen Star Wars.(Obviously she had said she never seen it.) After a while I stopped joking and said, "No, your cute, I do want to call you." She said it was okay, but she doesn't ever talk on the phone. The last girl who told me that ended up that she wasn't interested in me, and didn't want to lead me on. I'm not exactly ugly, but I'm not hot either, so I can see how she wouldn't be interested in me based on that short time. So what now? Do I call her? Do I move on to the next girl?

i'm not quite sure what to do. i'm a sophmore, and i was kinda casually dating this junior. and i heard from several people that he was just leading me on. so i asked him about it and he said he was, but he had a reason. he said he liked me, and that he still kinda does, just not like he used to, and he thought the feeling would come back so he just didn't ever tell me. now here comes the tough part. what do i do? part of me wants to change his mind, make him see my true worth and make him want me again, because there's still hope because he still likes me. or should i just move on and completely forget about him? just say what you would do in this situation. also, if you would want to change his mind and make him want you again, how would you do it?

Too intimidating?

I had a long talk with a few of my friends about why so many people don't like me. I was confused because I really love myself and have a lot going for me.
We realized that I am too intimidating. People are worried about how I have control over myself and their lives or they think I am too good for them. I can see this as being true but I do not like it.
How do I become less intimidating? I am always going to be myself, but is there anything I can do other than just be nicer/compliment people?

i have a crush on one of my friends named *steve*. one of my best girl-friends and him went out last year but they've been broken up for more than a year now and she says she doesnt like him. but being friends me and this boy will sit on each other at parties and flirt but just in a friendly way. but now i like him. now everytime i start flirting with him my friend will start giving me dirty looks but i had asked her the day before if she liked him and she said no but she gets mad when we flirt. i know that he doesnt like her anymore but my friend will never tell me the truth about her feeling for him. i dont want to hurt her if she still likes him but i feel like she could be holding us back. how am i supposed to deal with her and hint to my friend that my flirting is because i like him?

then at school , he talks to me if im around

Basically this guy (19/M) broke up with his girlfriend for me and at the time it didn't bother me. We dated for about 8 or 9 months and it was great and he told me he loved me and I loved him and then he decided to go to Africa on a missions trip for 9 months. So we broke up at the end of July and he left to go to Africa in the middle of September. Breaking up was mutual and we continued to be just friends with just a little drama. Well first of all there is this guy I like at school.He doesn't even notice me. I talk to him sometimes, but when I start to become friends with him then I want to be more than friends then everything goes out the drain. He is 5 lockers away from me and when I turn to look he was already looking at me and then he turns his head real quickly. All I want is to go out with him and it never seems to happen. sorry if it's a little long, but i'm freaking out

I'm a 28/f.I used to always tell my ex that I never wanted to go back to school. This is mainly due to low self esteem as a direct cause from his abusive behavior. I do have a job just not a high paying one. Well we broke up about 6 months ago because he was being a complete jerk. This last couple of months I've been working on my self esteem and I'm even going back to school to be a personal trainer! I have not seen or talked to my ex in all this time. Well recently one of my ex's friends paid me a visit. He was asking all sorts of questions like how the job was going. Poser and Hating It

A lot of people have this problem but I can't figure out what to do.
My personality changes around guys. It's sort of like I'm trying to impress them, mold myself to who they want me to be, hoping I'll get a boyfriend. The thing is, it's never worked out that way, I've never gotten a boyfriend.
I really want to be able to relax and be myself around guys. T
his is harder than you think, so if anyone's gone through this, how did you manage it?

My boyfriend dumped me about 3 months ago. It was a great relationship that almost lasted a year. He was the only guy I've ever loved and we had so much together. The problem is, I can't let go. I still wake up depressed, cry sometimes, and talk about him constantly. Him & I barely talk but are on good terms. I don't understand why I can't move on? It's like I have this undying hope he'll come running back to me! Time is not helping and I just want to be happy again. (18/F)

My boyfriends' ex girlfriend is back in town & she wants to hangout with him. I know I shouldn't be worried because I know he loves me. But the fact that his ex girlfriend of almost 2 years wants to hangout with him has me a bit worried. What if when he sees her, feelings come back? Or they start hanging out more often & feelings start up again? I have never felt this way about someone & I don't want to loose what we have. He asked me if I was okay with it & I said yes because I don't want to control who he hangs out with. But now that I have thought about it, I don't want him hanging out with her. What should I do and/or say to him? I'm just scared & need a little advice on this subject.

right some guy is bullying my gf the way i found out was i found a pic at her house. so we were play fighting over it and then i saw it n she ran out of the room .i went after her and sed why did you run out she said because i dont like it and i dont no why he drew it it was a really mean picture. so about 20 minits ago i phoned this guy up who was drawin things about my girlfreind and he told me to go hang my self. what could i do???

Love is a really big serious word.
It's not like you date a guy for a day and you automatically love him. I've been dating this guy for 5 months .. And I can't decide If I love him because I like him a lot ! A lot, I just dont know beacuse we're pretty young only 14 and It seems weird to use love like that. I think I love him, just when I say that.. it sounds too powerful

Okay so I have a bestfriend, and we're dating these two guys ( who happen to be best friends) works out perfectly huh ? So anyway.. we've been talking about christmas and we all decided to meet at my house the weekend before to exchange gifts. We when we started talking the guys said NO GIFTS ( meaning we cant get them gifts..but they'll get us gifts). This bugs me, Its just I have no idea what to get them + they apprently dont want us to. However I cant take a gift without giving one in exchange. Well we all started arguing me & my bestfriend against our boyfriends.. and now we've called the whole thing off. I really need help, and if we do get them gifts what the heck do we get? WE've been dating for about 5 months and Im f/14
