I have been going to the gym for about 2 weeks now....but I have only lost one pound. I usually get on the treadmill and stairmaster...should I start getting on other machines like the elliptical? I didn't get on that one first because it looks like you need to be kinda in good shape for that. I need all the help I can get! Thanks!

well like i want to get stronger, not like ew manly but like strong.
and my arm are kindof flabby.
so if i lifted like weights and gained muscle would like the flabish part go away or like turn into muscle.
pls help.
&cardio ideas in general would help cos im trying to lose weight, and i dont wanna like run outside but i dnt have a tredmill.

SO im having this big cheer competition on friday and my coach wants me to be in it but the problem is i can do a split but not up to part and i need to do a heel strecth beacuse im one of the flyers....i need to know how i can nail them please

What's the best way to lose pant sizes? I'm 5'9". I started dieting and working out seriously about 2 weeks ago. Since I've started, I've lost about 7.5 lbs. My 13's fit much better now, but I want to get down to an 8/9.

Here's the thing: I know how to lose weight. I know exercises I can do. I know what foods to eat and how much to eat. However, I just can't get motivated to put those changes into effect. I have a very busy lifestyle and I always say that I'm too tired or I'll just start tomorrow. How can I become motivated to be more healthy and work out TODAY instead procrastinating and making up excuses?

I do competition cheerleading, and I really want to get a good heel stretch! Heres a picture of one:

I at least want my leg to go like the girl in the second picture. Like when I try to unbend my leg it hurts so I have to stop. Are there any stretchs or things I can do to get my leg to go up? Also, eventually how could I get my leg as straight as that girl in the first picture's?

I'm 5'2, about 190-ish lbs, and 17. Is it possibly to loose 60 to 80 lbs in a 1 year and 2 months. I want to loose that much by my senior prom. Is it possibly? Would I need a crash diet or basic diet and exercise? Any advice will be appreciated.

kayso, i am going on vacation in about two weeks with one of my good friends and im really excited but at the same time not. cause im not really looking too well on my bathing suit. haha. well, go figure she invited some really good looking kid to go and im kind of self conscious. is there any possible way i can look a tad better in two weeks? febuary 21st to be exact. or am i screwed? haha. if you have any ideas that would be veryy helpful. and by the way i can't do any dieting too drastically and such cause my parents fore me to eat anything they make me or else they get upset.ha maybe some kind of fast working exercise i can do in my house cause its freeziingg outside. and i probably couldnt get a ride to a gym. but if you can help me please do.haha

i am about 105 lbs, 5'1, and 14 yrs old. i wanna lose about 5 lbs before march 15th, but there is one problem: i cant excercise to save my life. i just cant do it. my knees have issues, and i dont have strength..
i basically want to tone myself, so what can i do?

ok,well im skinny everywhere BUT my belly,my belly is pretty big. (the lower part) im 13. and i want to know what exercises will tone my lower belly? but i dont want to loose fat anywhere else but my belly,if that possible? i dont want to loose it in my breasts or butt. and also,my brother said that if you eat cirtain foods/vitamins they go to different places.is that true? if so,what ones go to your breasts? i really appreciate the help & thanks so much! :]

on march 18 i'm going to myrtal beach for cheerleading nationals. i'm not like fat but i've gained some weight and have huge love handles. i plan on going on a diet and doing a 10minute ab work-out everynight + cheerleading. the only problem is, i have trouble sticking to my plan. i need some good ones to stay motivated. any ideas? thankss.

how can i get my inner thys, not as discusting. i hate the way i look, espically when i sit next to my best guy friends who wear tight jeans and i have jeans on too (my thys are like bluging out). i just want to be skinnyer all over. i know you work out, but what i can do daily to make the weigh just gone, mostly on my thys

Ok so i'm 13 and about to go into high school but want to lose weight over the summer if i start now since the school year is not over if i start now and then keep exercising over the summer is there anyway i could lose like 100- 120 pounds?? and if so how can i make this happen
