arm muscle.

well like i want to get stronger, not like ew manly but like strong.
and my arm are kindof flabby.
so if i lifted like weights and gained muscle would like the flabish part go away or like turn into muscle.
pls help.

&cardio ideas in general would help cos im trying to lose weight, and i dont wanna like run outside but i dnt have a tredmill.

The easiest way to get arm muscle is to do work out. I prefer pushup, wall pushups, and girly pushups. I think it is the quikest way to bulid up your arms. For exlpanations of the different types of pushups mail me.
