i have a cheer competition in 3 days.......i need help.

SO im having this big cheer competition on friday and my coach wants me to be in it but the problem is i can do a split but not up to part and i need to do a heel strecth beacuse im one of the flyers....i need to know how i can nail them please
i'd greatly appreciate it!

Well, it'll definitely take practice and time, being as that I used to be a cheerleader. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!! Tell your coach that you'll work hard to improve it, and tell her that you don't have it completely nailed. But, seriously, PRACTICE!! Tip: The more you stretch before you attempt, I can tell you that it'll probably be easier to do it.
