Motivation. Here's the thing: I know how to lose weight. I know exercises I can do. I know what foods to eat and how much to eat. However, I just can't get motivated to put those changes into effect. I have a very busy lifestyle and I always say that I'm too tired or I'll just start tomorrow. How can I become motivated to be more healthy and work out TODAY instead procrastinating and making up excuses?

one way you can motivate yourself is by getting a picture of someone (someone you want to look like) in a bikini (if your a girl) or in a bathing suit (if your a guy) and put in your room or on the refridgerator to remind yourself that you want to look like them. ]
