Sure, cookies, cake, candy and chips will give you weight on your butt and breasts, but it might also give you weight in places you DON'T want it. I sugguest eating lots of lean meats: turkey, ham, chicken, etc. And make sure to eat fruits and vegetables every day. This includes drinking fruit juice, or having a piece of fruit for a snack. Also make sure you're drinking milk every day, or eating yogurt.
I know that if you want to "plump" up your butt, squats are good exercises for it. Try using weights (2 or 3 pound weights) hold the weights in your hands, keep your legs a shoulder length apart, and then, squat down. This helps the muscles in your butt. Try for 30+ squats a day.
As for breasts, the only exercise I really know of is just working your arms with weights. Try holding weights then overlapping your arms and extending them forward. (like making a sideways X with your arms.) This helps create better cleavage, or so I've heard. Also, situps are a good idea because if you have a really flat stomach, sometimes your boobs look bigger. Or you know, you can always get a padded bra if you're still unsatisfied.
