See at the moment I really like this guy Ryan we've known each other since last summer and someone told me he liked him which I could tell he did the only thing we did that summer was talk and just have the best time togther how we met is this group thing in the summer where we all met up everyday now that it's over I've liked him but now I can tell he doesn't like me anymore but I see him every day in some classes which I'm a freshman and he's a sophmore we like never talk anymore which makes me really sad now another girl from the summer group likes him but she goes to a diffrent school. To begin with, I love my boyfriend...we always have a great time together and he is my best friend. He's the only guy I've ever done stuff more then kissing with and I've lost my virginity to him (and he lost his to me). This morning I woke up really happy because we had a date last night and it was really fun. My friends have never been like this all of high school. When I was in 9th grade I drank a lot, but I don't do that at all anymore. I mean I still do sometimes, but only at like a big party or something. My friendsdo every weekend. Friday and Saturday. And it's not even at like real parties it's like them and a few really ugly guys. I don't know why there doing this! It's just so immature and annoying. My one friend has had sex with like 8 different guys in the past three months, the other just lost her virginity to her boyfriend that she was only dating a month, and then cheated on him a week later. My other friend just lost her virginity to some guy she didn't even know. And two of them have been trying pot too.

Hey, I really hope you can help and follow what Im getting at It would mean a lot to me.
I'm having troubles sleeping, I CAN'T EVER SLEEP .
I could stay awake all night and never sleep (just like tonight) I'm very tired but I can't sleep. I will go to lay down and I'll get all paranoid and I will hear things, and I get so scared I almost hyper ventalate sometimes, I hide under the covers all night, I always need my pet cat in the room, and I still can't sleep, when I go to sleep i always have to cover my ears and have a light on of some sort because I get so scared. I dont know why Im scared though!? Like its gotten to the point where I don't expect to really be asleep till about 4 or 5 am. P...

I have liked my friend for over a year now. Almost two years. We're really close...or we were. He's 18 though. I've known him since I was a freshman and he was a junior. I'm a junior now and he's in college. He left to go to college like last week.

*It would be great to get a guy's opinion*
One of my good guy friend's consistently (and very cute-ly) hits on me..usually through texts and the internet. He's witty, and it's very upfront. It's very, very cute. However, I don't know if it's genuine or if he's just being cute and having fun about it.
I know he thinks I'm attractive. I'm very hard to get as I don't flirt with just anyone... (..Trying not to hard to sound concieted. Oh, and I'm not a slut)

birth control pills and blood test??

hi, im a 21 year old female i come from a very conservative family, im thinking soon about starting to take birth control and i still live at home so i cannot let my parents know about this...i used to have increased heart beat rates during a while, and i was taking betablockers (pills to lower your heart beat)..i am not taking them anymore since apparently the problem has stopped, but due to prevention from other stuff i have to take blood tests every 6 months....so i have some questions.
1. if i take birth control and get a blood test done, (general blood test like checking usual stuff glucose, thyroid gland, lipids and stuff like that...) will any of the typical things checked on blood test be altered?? MY dad is a doctor ...

Oh my god, I'm sorry this is monstrously long but my life is just in complete shambles right now and everything is only getting worse. I have absolutely nobody else to turn to right now so please help.
I'm 16 and ever since I was 12, I've been procrastinating and it only seems to get worse every year. Now I'm a junior, and its really embarrassing for me to say but last marking period I failed 4 classes because of my inability to do work. I mean I know I am a smart person (despite the grades) and when I put my mind to it I've always gotten near perfect or perfect grades (I'm a big perfectionist). Sometimes to my own pitfall.. cause I'd hand a project a day late to get it perfect and get the same score as someone who did medioc...

the other night my boyfriend and i were having sex and we did it for about an hour and towards the end i didn't feel "wet" anymore and it started to hurt. I figured that it was just like that because we had sex for a long time but i still feel abnormally dry down there. is this normal?

Lactose Intolerance?

Today, I had a slice of chocolate cake...it was quite good so I had another...then another haha
so these three slices gave me the worse cramps and I found myself sitting on the toliet afterwards. This was a boxed cake recipe (maybe there was dry milk in it...idk) and we used store bought frosting.
My mom is lactose intolerant...does it sound like I am, too? Because believe me...I've eaten more food than I did today and haven't been in pain like that. I think I can't handle lactose. What do you think? Besides the fact that I made a pig of myself...this I know! lol

Hi, 23/f. There's a new guy in my life (23/m). He's an old friend from high school with whom I recently reconnected.
I'm basically a walking pile of baggage. I have some health problems; I've been cheated on, I've been emotionally, verbally, and physically abused by past boyfriends, and I know I haven't healed. I have PTSD to the point that, even though I have a protection order against him and it's been months since I got away from the physical abuser, I still can't go to the grocery store without having anxiety attacks.

For the past few years I've felt insecure about EVERYTHING. From my relationships, to my body, to my personality, etc.
I know that I'm a pretty girl and I know I have a great personality but a voice in my head keeps telling me I could be better.. which is affecting my relationships.
I'm a very sensitive person so I take everything to heart, which I think is my downfall. I just don't know how to stop saying negative things about myself, it's just always on my mind.
I have also cut in the past because I don't like who I am. I've tried to talk to God to help me stop cutting but it's very hard to speak to someone who doesn't directly talk back, if you know what I mean.

Panic attack while high.

I've been smoking weed for a while and I have had a few panic attacks while high. (Usually from smoking too much.)
But the other night I was in the car with my boyfriend and we were high. He put an angry/depressing Eminem song on and I started to feel really anxious and I came very close to having a panic attack.. Until he changed the music to Bob Marley (my favorite) which then made me feel at ease and I was able to breathe. The Bob Marley song was over and another angry song came on and I felt anxious again.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any psychological studies on listening to certain music while you're high and how they effect you?

I won't get into full detail, so it won't be so long.
