Roses

So this guy , who is one of my good friends but isn't that good looking like at all. (Not trying to be mean) was talking about how he was getting roses for this girl for vday, and then he was like so..do you like roses? and I was like uh.. yeah..? am I just being paranoyed (sp?) Or is he getting me roses for vday?!!! I really don't want to have him give me something..but I don't want to be like oh uhh..thanks.. how do I show him that I don't like him without being mean?! he suffers from depression, so I really REALLY don't want him to get sad if I don't like him. WHAT TO DO?!

Me and a friend saw eachother at a dance last friday and there was a lot of flirting. This friday we're seeing eachother again. Last friday he said he was going to dance with me at the dance this coming friday. The thing is he has a girlfriend and when it comes to dancing i freak dance. I told him "yea ill dance with u....but what about ur....nevermind?"...then he said "Girlfriend?"...i said "yea!"....he told me "dancing is dancing". So i don't know if its going to be wrong to freak with him while he has a girlfriend?...also i can't stop flirting with him because he flirts with me....What should i do???

Your basic love life question

So I like this boy right. Except he's pretty shy. and well let's just say I'm pretty outgoing. I don't really talk to him, like I've talked to him once. And I don't want to randomly talk to him all the time and him be like "wtf why does this girl keep talking to me?!". I don't have any classes with him so I don't know how to start a conversation with him. I have lunch with him and I'm friends with his friends. How should I handle this situation? Any ideas? Thanks so much!

okay so i used to get with this kid then we stopped and now i still like him and we get with eachother sometimes normally when i drink or am drunk , its not like hes takin advantage of me its just that i want to know if theres anything i can do to get with him when im not drunk?

This might sound really lame but here goes anyway...
The weather today is really bad (snowy), but the main streets and the ones in my neighborhood have been plowed.
Tonight my boyfriend called me and asked if I wanted to do something. I said yeah, but I have to call you back in a little bit. He said okay. I called him back later and said to just come over and we can watch a movie or something. He said he didn't want to drive in this weather...HE LIVES TWO BLOCKS AWAY FROM ME and our neighborhood had been plowed already too!
Why do you think he did that? When he said that I was just like "okay..." what should I have done or should I do?

Okay. There's this guy that I still love.. He was my first boyfriend and we were going out for two years.. Today would have been our 2 year anniversary if we hadn't broken up yesterday....He said he thought it would be in our best interest and I think it was too. ..But I do still love him and he says he still loves me. ...We just dont fit together like most would consider normal...We have lots of little fights...But thats not what this question is about.......My main problem is that we still love each other...Ive never had to deal with a breakup....We decided to remain friends, but its going to be hard to talk to him...Ive been crying since 2:30 yesterday afternoon...and its now 6:45 today...so over a day...and I still haven't stopped........

So, I realize "love" between two people can make happiness for them and some degree of comfort. I haven't had a steady boyfriend for basically two years, so I don't understand what's so attractive about the whole thing.
Sometimes I will be sitting on the couch and I will see some show about people being in love and my chest will completely tighten and I will wish that it was me. But really, when I think about it I don't understand what is so fantastic.
I know that part of this may just be that I don't know the "right guy".. but why is being in love so great? What happens?

okay this guy that i like has been cting weird. Well he used to talk to me and be really nice but now he doesn't talk to me a t all and he talks to my best friend like all the time......what is goin on does he like her or something but i mean he told me that he thought she was really wierd and also he has a girl-friend which he loves to death but i don't know why he doesn'ttalk to me anymore....what's going on?

Is it more like when you go all red in the face and head over heels, or can it also be like... you feel happier than usual when you see the person... you feel strangely like you want to be around them a lot..?
I feel slightly different around this one guy friend than around the others. I'm not quite sure what to do about it.

okay i went to american eagle and bought my boyfriend cologne and boxers. -- i dont know how to give it to him . im going to put it in his locker but do what do i put it in? and whatever i do put it in should i throw some hershey kisses in there?

ok so i like this guy a lot but right now i'm not with him and he's talking to someone else. But my real thing is this other guy that i don't tlak to much but he is really cool. He's sweet and he's a really good kid. he's cute too. well i was wondering about how i should start a conversation with him. He's kinda shy. He plays football, basketball, and baseball. He's like the all around american guy. So how should i get him to notice me? how should i start a conversation with him? and about he other guy i like should i wait on him and not take my chances with this guy? idon't know waht to do so help me out. ok so my ex has always been my best friend and we are still really in love with each other (i know this for a fact) and well you see he just started talking to my friend. and if i know my friend she will fall for him and it makes me really sad. i cried all day today because i saw them together. it really upsets me but i can't be mad because i really love my friend and i really love him i just don't understand how they could do this to me. so here is my question:
1) How can i approach him and talk to him about our feelings for each other?
2) What should i say when i'm talking to him about this?
3) What should i do about my friend?

how do you kinda flirt with a 13 year old boy without freaking him out or anything? lol also im not that outgoing with that stuff unless im just fooling around and i dont really care. hes in some of my classes, like social studies, lunch (but i dont sit by him.. -shudder- that would be weird lol) , math, and.... gym. i dont want it to be too obvious too that i like him, cause that would be soo embarassing! uhm and ect. and if you havent noticed yet im a girl haha
and guys what do (did) you find attractive in a girl when you are (were) age 12-13?

i used 2 like 2 guys but now i only like one i used 2like jeremy and hakim so now i only like jeremy and everytime on the bus jeremy would try 2 sit with me and hakim would like tell him 2 sit with him or like throw his school bag in the way and the last time hakim sat with me jeremy was like look at her drinking out of that spider man cup (i luv spiderman) and hakim was like i cant sit with you no more so i was like trade seats with jeremy so he was like no u straight(like you alrite where you at) so then i said no im not and he ignored me and today brooklyn sat with jeremy and she got off on his stop (where in the hell was she going) so i was pissed and jeremy was like are you getting offf and the bus driver did not want 2 let me get off ...

Ok...the story is that my ex and I broke up 4 months ago. I am still completely inlove with him no matter how I have tried getting over him. We still talk and all, sometimes hang out. People who don't even know him though saw that I should find out if he still likes me because to them it seems like he does. Because he treats me the way he would when we were together and he's always calling me and will talk to me for hours on end. And there was a time when he said that he misses me. Then...I have some other friends who say he is just using me right now(but we're not together and don't have sex or anything). Hi. I hope I put this question in the right category. :-) Anywho, I am veryyyy shy around guys. Idk why, I'm not shy around girls or guys I'm good friends with. But I'm really shy around guys I don't know well and I don't want to be. My best friends are always flirting with guys and always being asked out and I think I'm just as pretty as them, but guys never ask me out because unlike my friends, I'm really shy and nervous around guys. How can I be more confident and outgoing around guys without being so weirdly nervous and quiet? It's not fun being the only one without a boyfriend, or even lots of guy friends, for that matter. :-/ :-/ :-/
