losing about 10 pounds, but not overweight

Hi! I'm a 20 year old female and I'm very short and petite. I'm 5 ft. Tall and I weight about 108 pounds. I'm at my weight but because I'm so short and small framed, I would feel more comfortable weighing about 96 to 98 pounds. I have weighed much more than now and much less and 96 before. I am comfortable now but I know I'd be much more comfortable at 98 or even 100 because of my size and structure. I am going to start a healthy diet but I guess what I'm looking for is tips. Since I don't have much to lose, how can I lose it quickly and stay motivated? Thanks xoxo

i cant tell my mom i got my period

ok so i was at camp and on the last day was my period.i borrowed pads from a friend but i cant seem to tell my mom. she's super wierd about it. i dont want 4 her to be all exited and telling all her friends.plz give me a good idea of how u2 tell her without freaking out cuz im "becoming a woman". p.s. i"m 11

I am Farah from Egypt I love guy with me at school who really is nice and a good friend for all girls , I love him so much but he's treating me normal or less than normal i feel that i don't matter with him but sometimes he talks to me and says you are nearest because you are the only one who didn't hurt me but he doesn't talk much with me and sometimes i feel he ignores me and i also feel that he loves my best friend but she doesn't care for him at all , he love to tease me all the time and he knows that he is making me sad by that i don't want to go in relationship with him not to lose a great friend like him , i love him so much and did many things for him and he knows

Free Online Singing Lessons

I've been singing pretty much since I could talk. Maybe even before that. I believe I'm good, but my mom constantly cuts me down and says I'm not. I think she's just a bad sport. So many people have told me I'm good.. to go on American Idol and all that jazz. Here's the thing. I'm good.. but great is better. I've been looking to maybe improve my quality and increase my range but it's not that easy without lessons or training. I have no transportation anywhere, and apparently, taking private singing lessons is too expensive. What I'm wondering is if there are lessons of any sort that I can take online for free? I know nothing is free these days, but I'm sure there has to be SOMETHING. Or, if not, does anyone have any tips or anything they ca...

I love haven my eye lashes lifted and looking big, but no matter how many times I curl them and put mascara on they fall right back down. Any ideas? Help!

having teeth pulled: what is a dry socket?

Im having four teeth pulled tommorow and im really nervous. I have some questions and i was really hoping that someone could help me. What do they do to you before they pull them? Does it hurt? How long does it bleed? What is a dry socket? How long does it take to close the gaps? Any info would help. Thanks :-)

Why do I always want to be alone?

I have no idea why I'm acting this way, and I just need some help to understand why i'm acting this way and how to fix it.
I just always want to be alone. I'll be eating dinner with family and i just can't wait until dinner is over so I can go to my room and be alone. I'll sit in bed and watch tv and go on my laptop. Or some of my friends will ask me to hang out but sometimes I'll say i can't, because i'd rather do things alone like go shopping alone. For prom, I didn't really know the people in my group but they asked me if I wanted to get ready with them (do makeup and hair together) but I said no because i'd rather do it alone.

My name is Kailey and i have looked ALL OVER the computer for my right kind of music but i am obviously not going to the right places. I am very interested in Alt.Rock, metal, but the slow metal not the screamy scary stuff. I am a 15 year old girl and I go to a strict Catholic school. I have caught myself "admiring" girl's bodies more than guy's bodies (especially when I go to my gym). I also had a bit of a fantasy where I kissed one of my female friends.... What does this mean? I have never dated anyone, not even guys, so does that affect it?? I know that some people say to experiment by dating a girl, but I am way to shy for that... I have no idea if this is just a phase or what. Any ideas??
