I have the BIGGEST day of my life in two weeks! and i have this stomach and i need to get rid of it! its not big its small but is there any WAY i can get it to go away in 2 weeks! il work extra hard on anythin and like do 300 situps if i need to but i need to loose it in atleast 2 weeks!!so please any ways i can loose it in 2 weeks i will love you forever! haha and ill rate highh! to any advice please please im beggeg! and also if its like completely impossible then when is the shortest time i can get abs other then 2 weeks? Im hoping 2 weeks is a good enough time =] Thank you soo much in advance!!!

Im a male im 14 and im 5'2" and I weigh 97-100lbs, is that short for my age and am I too light, how can i put on weight? Also What are some good workouts to get better pecs,bi and triceps, and abs. Thanks!

hi im a guy who is 14 years old and I am 5'2" Do any of you girls think that that is short and do you not like short guys. Also does working out stunt your growth, I herd it keeps you from having growth spurts cause when you would normally have them you just put on muscle instead. please help

oohkay so ima going on vacation in 16 days [yeah i know, not that long to lose that much weight] but i was wanting to lose SOME so atleast i look a little better.
i was wondering if anyone knew exercises i could do like for how long.
i have a pool [about 60 feet around? im not 100% shure but its big enough to go around in]
i have a treadmill
i have workout videos
does anyone have a workout type of thing i could do each day so i could look better?
yeah i know im not going to go on one of those crash diets

I'm trying to get into a routine. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is good
Day one: I work on chest, biceps, triceps, running
Day two: work on back, shoulders, abs, running
Day three: running
And on top of this mondays through thursday i have football weight conditioning and i'm going ot be beggining martial arts. is this good. suggestions of workouts or routines, what i should work on would be appreciated

I'm not sure if this is in the right catogory but I hope so. So, I'm 14 and I'm having sleeping troubles. For one, it takes about an 1 hr for me to actually fall asleep unless I stay up super late. I've tried, singing, counting, listening to music, watching TV, reading a book, and even just laying there. How do I fall asleep w.o taking anything? The next thing is the amount of sleep. I know teenagers are supposed to get about 9 but they almost never happens. I go to school with about 5 and during the summer, since I have such a hard time falling asleep, I'll stay up til 3 or 4 and then get up at 1 but I still feel tired. I heard something like for every hour u are awake after midnight, you need 2 hours to make up for it. Is that true? I'm h...

16/f 5'5 or 5'6 about 150lbs. Kinda long, and im sorry, please tell me what you think/know..
Im in sports, cheerleading, basketball & gymnastics.. and Im not fat, I know im not.
I have a lot of muscle. Not manly, but Im strong for a girl and I know muscle weighs more then fat.
But what I would like to improve is my lower abs. I have fat like all people, over my abs. But my lower abs is what has the most fat over it. And I would like to get it better.
I just started doing this workout, this week. Here it is..
I have cheerleading Tuesday and thursday 6-8..

The problem is, is that I'm too skinny and it's hard looking for jeans/shoes that fit! I'm 13/f and I usually wear size 12 slim in jeans and it's too big in the thigh area. I also wear a size 3-4 in shoes and it's really hard to find a decent pair of shoes that I really like in kid sizes :| Also, I can probably wear a size 10 reg/slim in jeans but it'll be too short. I'm sure that I'm not anorexic but I'm pretty boney and I hate it, so any tips on gaining fat?

so i'm about 5'5 nd i weigh about 130 according to a certain scale. but when i use a different one i'm 120. anyways, either way i wanna get down to 115. so what can i do to lose weight? i walk 2 miles everyday & drink nothing but water, plus i do eat proportion wise. & for example i eat like a banana & yogert for breakfast, and healthy wise. so do you think i can lose that weight about 10 pounds before august ends? plus i tone like crunches & ect.

ok. i'm 13, almost fourteen, and i NO boobs, whatsoever. i have to wear a padded bra that's too big for me, but they STILL are small like that. i'm petite, only 4'10 or 11 and about 80 lbs. my mom has a very little A cup, but on my dad's side, his sister and his mom have either a big C or a little D. i was just wondering if there was any way my boobs might get big, or since they've been not growing for so long, are they pretty much gonna be small like my mom's no matter what??
oh and also, i play softball and am a pitcher, so i guess my muscles under there are worked a lot, so that might be a reason....?

A few days ago I asked on this site what would some good cardio exercises to do at home would be and people said to go up and down stairs.
There are absoleutly NO stairs here. None at all. But there are some hills. These hills aren't small either, they're pretty steep.
Do you think I could use the hills instead of stairs?

School is starting in like less than a month...
and the cross country team is going to start training really soon. The thing is.. out of about the 200 kids in my class NOBODY is doing cross country because the coach is an ahole.
Plus, i have to run 3 MILES this year if i do it. And i cant stand the coach at all either. I dont do any other sports..i mean i love basketball but isnt it really hard to make the team in highschool?
I've already got running shoes, but my mom said we can return them if we need to. Do most people do sports in highschooL?? Cuz if i dont do cross country i will still go to the health club and run anyway...i just wont have the stupid coach. I would try out for the basketball team but our class is ...

my thighs arent that skinny, but i would like them to be more bigger so when i wear jeens i feel moe comfortable ( o yeah my legs are long and thin so it looks awkaward to me)
