Why is it so bad to exercise before I go to bed? That's the time when I usually want to?

It's because exercise before bed is making it harder for someone to fall asleep.

But this doesn't happen to everybody. So if you can fall asleep after running a mile, there is nothing to worry about.

because exercising, as odd as it sounds, gives you a bit of energy and makes you more awake.

Your muscles are supposed to be relaxed when you go to bed because it makes it easier to fall asleep, and you're a lot more comfortable.

You can always exercise before bed, but it's healthier for your sleeping if you don't. =)

You can- but your muscles may hurt a little.
