Too Skinny The problem is, is that I'm too skinny and it's hard looking for jeans/shoes that fit! I'm 13/f and I usually wear size 12 slim in jeans and it's too big in the thigh area. I also wear a size 3-4 in shoes and it's really hard to find a decent pair of shoes that I really like in kid sizes :| Also, I can probably wear a size 10 reg/slim in jeans but it'll be too short. I'm sure that I'm not anorexic but I'm pretty boney and I hate it, so any tips on gaining fat?

There's a healthy way to gain weight. and that doesn't include junkfood, binging, etc. although, you don't have to cut junkfood out of your diet. just eat something like..
Breakfast- Vanilla Yogurt (low-fat or regular) with chopped bannana. Oatmeal. OJ. Multivitamin.
Snack- Apple, Crystal Light Mix (the wild strawberry energy mix is wicked good, and actually works on the energy part.
Lunch- Turkey Wrap with Whole Grain. (Turkey, American or Provolon Cheese, Lettuce, Pickles). Pudding. Orange.
Snack- Anything You want.
Dinner- Chicken, Rice, Cheese, Brocoli, Milk.
Snack- Same as last snack.

This might sound silly, but when I was around 12/13, I noticed that I was pretty skinny. I didn't like it because I had no hips or curves or anything, and during that time I would only eat half of what was given to me at dinner and would say 'I'm full'. I guess it's just a matter of growing, and I noticed after about 6 months or so when I was close to turning 14, I would eat all of my food that I was given and I started filling out my jeans and gained more weight.
I was 107 lbs. when I was around 5'4". As of now, I'm almost 5'8" and I weigh around 130 lbs. I'm guessing that it's because you have a fast metabolism. Just eating a little more is my advice to you; oh, and patience too. ]
hey this is going to sound totally weird. but if you ask your doctor, he can perscribe a pill that can help you gain just a little weight. it won't do something trmendious to you but it will add a little extra that you want

But why should you change who you are? I guess it's just something to deal with. because, your metabolism is obviously super-fast and it would be almost impossible to gain weight very much. my metabolism is also super-fast and sometimes i walk by and hear whispers like "ohmygod i bet that girl is anorexic" which is definitely not true. so all you have to do, is love yourself and never compare yourself to other people. ]
have you thought about getting your pants tailored? they can fit the thigh area, or any areas really, of the pants specially for you.
but if you want to gain wait, deffffinetly dont just eat a bunch of fatty foods. try to eat healthy, but eat more healthy food than usual. instead of eating 3 meals, eat four. or have bigger snacks inbetween meals. just remember, dont eat a bunch of fatty foods, because that will make you gain weight, but you wont be healthy

or diner but not to much or you can get realy
sick .Make sure you don't eat to much unhealthy
stuff or you will get a bigger stomach than you
want ok.
