my thighs arent that skinny, but i would like them to be more bigger so when i wear jeens i feel moe comfortable ( o yeah my legs are long and thin so it looks awkaward to me)
mariahneu answered Monday July 16 2007, 8:00 pm: To make your legs "bigger", I would suggest taking up the sport of running, playing tennis, or playing another sport that works legs. Because you don't want to fatten your legs; you'd much rather have them be muscular and toned.
I would try doing some leg exercises as well, like lunges and reverse lunges with and without using weights. Also be sure to eat healthy meals that follow the food pyramid, as well as your dietary needs, as that will also help you build muscle.
By doing all of this, your legs will not only be "bigger", but will also become more muscular and toned.
