Hills substitute as stairs?

Question Posted Tuesday July 17 2007, 4:00 am

A few days ago I asked on this site what would some good cardio exercises to do at home would be and people said to go up and down stairs.

There are absoleutly NO stairs here. None at all. But there are some hills. These hills aren't small either, they're pretty steep.

Do you think I could use the hills instead of stairs?

of course, but its better to go up the hill at a steady pace then to come down it.

stairs, are actually less effective.
