Me and my boyfriend are so close. He comes over almost everyday but the problem is we cant make out because it seems like my mom is always right there. what should i do before he dumps me for someone else?

In the beginning of the year one of my ex-boyfriends got put into jail and whenever he came back he asked me. Well I told him I would go out with him if he swore he wouldnt do drugs anymore and he wouldnt cheat on me. Last week he went to his friends house and got high and drunk and told a girl he would go out with her well he call me that same night and was crying and told me all about it and then I called his older brother and his brother told me that he had made out with another girl at the movies that sunday. I really like this kid. I asked him if he liked me online one time, and he said yeah. So the next day in person my sister says "Ohh you love her!" and he goes I only like her as a friend. I don't understand though, cuz he said he liked me. He acts like he doesn't like me most of the time, but sometimes he kind of acts like he's flirting. My friend thinks he likes me, but does and doesn't want to show it at times. Do you think she's right? Please help me! I'll rate ya :)

im 12 and my parents wont let me go out with guys yet cuz im supposedly too young, but i go out with them secretly and now more guys are starting to ask me out, but they want to actually take me somewhere like dinner or a movie and stuff, but my parents wont let me go anywhere unless they kno my "friends" parents!!!!!!
