I don't know how old you are or anything, but wouldn't your mom rather have you on the pill then winding up pregnant or something? Or I think you can get it on your own at like, planned parenthood, but I'm not sure. Good luck! :o)
GC_rox_my_sox answered Tuesday July 20 2004, 4:04 pm: I'm sure your mom would rather let you have to pill than to bring a child into the world that you couldn't take care of. Heh, my mom asked me if I wanted birth control when I was 13, so your mom will probably understand. Believe it or not, even if your mom isn't understanding, she assumes that weather you have birth control pills or not, you're still going to have sex. Also, you could always just tell a little tiny lie and say you wanted them so you could skip your period...they do that too. Just say "Hey mom, (insert friend's name here) is having a pool party, and I'm supposed to get my period the day of the party. I was wondering, do you think I could get birth control pills so that I could skip my period that day?"
andyoustillwonderwhy answered Tuesday July 20 2004, 4:00 pm: You should say to your mom that you are getting old and boys are starting to put peer pressure on you and that you think that you should get on the pill just in case. Hopefully she will understand, but if she doesnt then you did the right thing by asking because if you had sex and wasnt on the pill you could have more possible chance of getting pregnant.
