Adidas Slides

I was on the Adidas website, looking at the slides. I love the style of these slides:

But I hate the spikes. I love the way the strap is designed, but the spikes hurt a lot. Is there anywhere I could get an Adidas slide with that style strap without spikes? If not, could I get the spikes cut?

i want to look this the girl on the far left of this picture. about how tall do you think she is and how much does she weigh? how do i tone my body like hers? i like her shoulders but i don't know how to get them like that.

diet and exercise?

I am somewhere in between 5'9 and 5'10. I weigh around 145 pounds. but I want to lose weight. my goal is to be around 125 pounds.
I also want to be fit. I want nice abs, a firmer butt, and less flabby thighs.
I am NOT overweight, but I want to schieve these things ASAP.
PLEASE do not say anything like "you are perfect in your own skin" or "you are sooo not fat, you are the perfect weight."
I don't want to hear that, I just need a diet and an exercise regime.

does anyone have either one? or both? please?
If you have a Do's and Don't's list, that would be great too.

To start off, I have absolutely no will power or self control. I can't stick to anything. Especially when I tell myself I'm going to cut down on sweets and sodas, and the next day I'm sitting down enjoying some cookies. Then, I'll tell myself I'll walk everyday. And it's been three days, and I haven't done so. I need to learn how to get some self control. Any suggestions?

bathing suit comparison.

well im thinking about going tubing with my best friend and her boyfriend(who is also my best friend) and my boyfriend.we are all like really close best friends and i think my friend looks better in a bathing suit than me. i have talked to my boyfriend about it and he says you know idc what she looks like its no big deal.but what if hes just saying that.help ):

Why am I not losing any weight?

Okay I am 16/f to start off :)

My height is between 5'6'' and 5'7'' and I weigh around 145lbs.

I used to be 180 lbs around about 2 years ago and I am glad I've lost that weight. However I am still not comfortable with my weight at all.

I even had minor eating disorder like bullimia and anorexia. But I never starved for over 3 days because it was pretty much impossible to not eat when my mom makes me eat infront of her. So I was bullimic on and off. Not throwing up everythign I eat. Only doing it when ever i thought i ate too much. Which I dont do that any more neither.

So I am sure I killed my metabolism then. So I am going on a new road without any eating disorders and I;ve been...

Fitness videos/workouts

Does anybody know of an effective fitness video available the internet? Like a workout or anything that i can download on my computer? Or would Youtube just be the best option?
My computer is similar to a tv, thats why it would make sense just to download one here, instead of buying one.

Weight & Excersize.

Well I'm trying to lose a lot of weight.
I'm gonna start excersizing tomorrow. I plan on running 3 miles in morning, 3 in the afternoon/midday, & 4 at night. I have a treadmill, so I'll be doing the running on there.
Then I'll do around 500 sit-ups a day. I've started eating healthier, & I cut out soda a while ago. I only drink water now, & I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables.
I need to lose as much wight as I can by the end of August, when I start school. I'll continue excersizing & losing the weight I need to until I'm at my goal, but I just want to try & get there as much as I can by school. I need to lose about 25-30, & I'm 13/f.
Does anyone know any other excersizes I could do too,...

ok so im ok w/ the way my body looks except for my stomach. i kind of have a gut. how can i get rid of a couple inches off my waist? and how can i lose my love handles? they're not huge but they are there. please and thank you. :]

i go to the gym and i seem to be getting more hungrier and i eat more and i have tried starving myself but i cant do it! i am 5'7 and my legs are huge can anyone give me workout tips?

Calves & arms

I don't know if this is the right category but erm yeah.

So, I have really jiggly, big calves & I want to slim it down and tone it. I've started to run 2miles and walk 2 miles 6-7 times a day & I know that it should help. But what are other more targeted exercises for the calves? NOT the thighs!!!

& I have really weak arms. I can't do a single push up, pull up, or hang on for more than .01 sec on flex arm hangs. And I'm not exaggerating either. You can go ask my gym teachers. I play violin but that's about all I do with my arms. Are there any exercises that I can do to improve my arms strength but not bulk it up? I can't do push ups very well & I was wondering how I should go about in starting...

loosingg weigghtt

I'm 142 lbs and 160cm, and currently wear size 7s.

My goal by the end of summer is to atleast fit into a size 6 because 5 is probably going overboard.

I've cut out junk foods (sweets, chips, french fries etc.) and go to the gym 3-4 days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Which I have been doing for the past month or so and have yet to see any results. Anyways, I solely do cardio, no weight training because honestly, ripped men/women scare me.

Can anybody help me out with what else i can do to achieve my goal?

how to tone back/shoulder fat

okay, so i am on this diet/excercise journey to try to get into better shape but so far i haven't been able to find any excercises that target the area on my back where my shoulder blades are. i find it disgusting cuz its bulges...but are there any specific things i can do to minimize that fattiness in that area?

Loose Weight URGENT

okay, so july is almost over.
then, its August.
school starts a few days before labor day weekend.
i pretty much blew it ALL summer by eating junk food.
i feel like crap about it because now i can't even loose enough weight in that amount of time.
what i was thinking, was the slmifast diet to go on until i loose the weight i want. THEN go back to eating low-cal and working out.
i'm 5'4, 143lbs. i want to weigh 130. and be able to fit into a size 7. i can barely fit into size 9 now.

Hey, I'm 13/f and I'm about 5'4 and weigh 110 lbs. I don't want to lose any weight and I LOVE the curve of my hips, but what are some good toning exercises I can do do get rid of that lower pooch that spills over when I sit down? When I stand I have a nice stomach, and because I have such a large rib cage it looks weird if I suck in. I just wanted to know of some workouts that tone my lower abs.

Toning out/gaining muscle weight

Ok I'm not fat at all(15 and weigh 80lbs & NOT annorexic or belimic)
I want to know how to gain weight by being healthy which I thought toning my body out would work. (any other suggestions??)

I don't have weights to lift and don't want my parents to know so I don't wanna go out running.

Oh and every school year I get put down by people calling me annorexic or belimic and I don't know how to deal. Sometimes its my own friends.(but not my super close ones who know how much I eat).


I hate how I look in a swim suit because I think you can see my ribs so I don't like wearing one in front of a bunch of people, they always look at me!! (suggestions??)

i ruined my diet plan for the day

So today i cheated on my diet today and i ate way way waaay more calories then usual but its to late to go to the gym and i want to know of some really great calorie burners that i can do at home.. preferbly fast ones too. i just feel so guilty and i'll never let myself live it down.
