In fact, it can be good to take a cheat day here and there. When you diet, your metabolism has a tendency to slow. When you take a cheat day and eat a few hundred calories over what you burn, you tell the body there is plenty of food and it prevents it from entering starvation mode. So, once in a while, it can even be recommended.
Just get back into it tomorrow, and you wont suffer a bit from your little indulgence.
Good luck.
edit: Oh, as for calorie burning (if you really must) you would need to do some sort of a cardio. I would suggest going for a run outside if thats possible. Otherwise anything like aerobics (e.g. if you have a workout video or something), biking, etc, are all good ways to burn calories. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]

You have to understand that if you are limiting yourself too much that your body will crave more things and that you will eat. Maybe you should look at you diet again with your parents or doctor or whoever and adjust it so that you are still going to be losing weight however, over a slightly longer period of time. Also, work in some treats to the diet so that you will not have to feel guilty about having them. Everything in moderation remember!!!!
DO NOT feel guilty about having eaten more today. Put it down to what it was - a little blip. Do the exercise that you would normally have done today and most importantly, start again tomorrow with a clear conscience. There is absolutely no point in beating yourself up about this otherwise you will just think "oh well, I have ruined it now - I might as well have another chocolate bar".
