Calves & arms I don't know if this is the right category but erm yeah.
So, I have really jiggly, big calves & I want to slim it down and tone it. I've started to run 2miles and walk 2 miles 6-7 times a day & I know that it should help. But what are other more targeted exercises for the calves? NOT the thighs!!!
& I have really weak arms. I can't do a single push up, pull up, or hang on for more than .01 sec on flex arm hangs. And I'm not exaggerating either. You can go ask my gym teachers. I play violin but that's about all I do with my arms. Are there any exercises that I can do to improve my arms strength but not bulk it up? I can't do push ups very well & I was wondering how I should go about in starting it so I can improve on it.
I don't have access to the gym & the only weights I have at home are 2lbs and 8lbs >.<
Help please =)

ok for your calves, i'll say that the running is very good. another exircise you can do is you can stand on stairs and just have the balls of your feet and toes on the step and be up on your tippy toes and then let your heels drop, slowly, and the slower you do it the harder it gets so make sure you go slow, running up and down stairs is good and running with weights is good. for your arms i would do curls with light wieghts like very light weights. it wont bulk you up because its light but itll strengthen your biceps ]
well hold the 8lbs and lock out your knees and lift your heels off the ground, hold for 5 secnds and then repeat 20 times.
but only do this 3x a week b/c you have to give your mucles time to heal. and the running is great, and if you ran with the 2lb weight you would have good results
hope i helped
well if you hold the weight its more of a challenge for your calves.
see #1 pick up the weights, #2 stand traight up with your knees locked out. #3 using the mucles in your calves lift your heels off of the ground and hold for 5 seconds, #4 then repeat 20x. ]
