losing inches and love handles.

ok so im ok w/ the way my body looks except for my stomach. i kind of have a gut. how can i get rid of a couple inches off my waist? and how can i lose my love handles? they're not huge but they are there. please and thank you. :]

50 sit ups , 50 crunches, 50 leg lifts. and start running.
anything that does cardio or works with the muscles around the stomache will ton it up and you'll loose the layer of fat you have
also drink 7 or 8 glasses of water aday

you can do 20 situps a day and standing side bends ( where you stand and drop your left shoulder to the left side and bend to the left side let your hand touch the floor and your right arm over your head do the same thing with the right side you should 20 of these per day also
