i have THE WORST acne on my back and no matter how much i wash it it WONT go away. i want to have in gone by soon bc its getting warmer and i want to wear tops w/o a back. PLEASE give me some suggestions

whenever i get my monthlies *i'm a girl* when i sleep i can't sleep with my back on the mattress because i'll get stains on places where the pad doesn't cover. so, my question is wut can i do to ensure that i won't get stains when i wake up like how i can position the pad or w/e stuff like that please help this is getting really annoying thanks

htey sell overnight pads which are longer (they go way up to your butt crack) and wider. they also have a higher absorbancy to help you not leak during the night.

i have a naturally quiet voice, especially when singing, any advice on how to sing louder? i have to sing in fron of judges ina couple weeks and thats one thing i would like to work on

stand up straight, take a deep breath, keep your head straight and your shoulders back. Sing with all of your breath support from your stomach. Even when you have to sing in your "head voice" keep those muscles tight, and your sound will be more forward instead of spreading.

my friend just told me last night she asked the guy im really good friends with and love to death if he wanted 2 go out with me and she said he said no sorry but when my best friends asked him today he said he didnt even talk to her last night today also alot of other people asked him out for me and they said he said he didnt want to because he wanted to stay single but right now i think everyone is lieing to me and I dont know the truth. I think my best friends will ask him tomorrow and maybe I can rely on them but Im afraid if he says no I'm going to be a wreck on Valentines Day and I love him so much if he breaks my heart ill be up all night crying and even though were like best friends right now I dont know if he will even care...

I've had a really, really sore throat for the past 3 weeks, which was the last time I made out with someone. This kid was saying it sounded like when his friend had mono and that I should check it out, because I have some of the other symptoms of it as well [fatigue,headache,body aches,abdominal pain],but I wasn't sure if that's true because it has been three weeks.
Does anyone know if mono is a possibility?

Yes, mono is a major possibliity.You should go to the doctor right away, especially if you are having abdominal pains because your pancreas could burst.

Talk to people. Go out of your way to be nice to people and they will accept you for who you are. Most importantly, just be yourself.

I've been best friends with a girl named Kaitlin for over 11 years now and we're both 16 (I'm a girl too btw). Lately she's been so consumed with her social status that she doesn't even talk to me or even look at me anymore because I'm not "cool enough". We both play on the volleyball team and she really isn't a very good player, but she gets really jealous because I always play all the time and I got moved up to varsity this year while she didn't. I get the feeling that she talks behind my back because now the whole volleyball team hates me and I'm naturally a very quiet person so I don't know why they'd have any reason to dislike me. I don't have very many other friends. It's really hard for me to talk to other people, and I don't want to be friends with Kaitlin anymore. What do I do? And should I try to get revenge? (she also purposely ditches me at dances and stole my bf just to get me angry...)

Revenge is not the answer. Either talk to her about it or make friends with new people.

hey im 16/f ..ok well i like this guy and we have been firend for the past year and we hang out and do stuf fthat couples do.well last year i told him i kind of liked him and he said that he was to afraid fo losing me and that to prevent us getting mad at each other like couples we should still just be friends..ever sinc ethen we have just got closer and we also have went o 3rd base. well for teh past couple of weeks i have been like hanging around another guy. they are freinds and all but last weekend we all decide to go out and i ended up riding with the other guy and my friend got like relaly mad and kind of weird acting at first he would liekpush me away and now he is trying to be really nice....and teh new guy has been there but here reently we talk alot and he is always flirting and then he will say stuff liek please find me a gurlfriend and mees aroudnand then liek run up at schol and hug me and lasy on me and stuf....i am soo confused what should i do????

You should go with the guy that you have been friends with for the following reasons:
1. you already know him well
2. he wouldn't have been upset if he didn't like you.
3. you have already been to third base with him.

If you like him, then go out with him. But if you don't like him, you have to sit him down and explain to him why you don't like him that way. You have to be sensitive to his feelings when you let him down, tell him that you just want to be friends with him and nothing more.

At my school, there is this thing called Love Buds. What it is is a bag of candy, a card with a personal message, and a balloon you send to people during lunch. I want to send one to a guy named Adam. He danced with me at the last school dance, walked around with me, AND bought me candy! But he said he doesnt like me "that way" to my friend. I REALLY like him and am sending him a Love Bud. What should I write on the card?

Just tell him how you feel about him. It's better to just be out in the open instead of keeping it all bottled up. If he likes you, that's great, but if he doesn't then at least you know and you can move on.

I had the same "your going to end up just like your mother" problem. You need to tell him that you two are just friends. You also need to explain to them that you are not your mother and that you can not be held responsible for her actions. Tell him that you are your own person not your mother and that he raised you better than to be having sex. It might sound a little stupid, but it worked for me.

Hey, so here is the thing. My BF and I were really happy, we loved eachother (and still do.) but what happened was he was supposed to move to virginia last month. So we broke up b\c we didnt want a long distance relationship. But then he ended up not movin. He told me this recently and now the girl who ALSO wants him is makin moves b\c we are not officially together again! So now the girl, Amber asked him to the dance and he said YES!!! If you are having to worry about him playing you, get rid of him. You don't need someone who is going to play you. You can do better than that.

You should definately go and see him. Just visiting him will tell him that you love and care for him even if he's sick.

several years ago, I was best friends with this girl , we were each others confidant, and could tell anything to each other. The rest of the crowd really didn't matter if we were together. It was after a year of knowing her that I realized that I was absolutely in love with her. I didn't do anything at that point because I was in the middle of applying for school.

It's been a couple of years now, and I'm still in love with her. She went off to college in another state, and our lives have gone off in different directions. Her life has changed (she's popular, beautiful etc. which she wasn't in high school), so i don't talk to her anymore, but I still can't get her out of my mind. I haven't been able to date or even be interested in another girl- because I know that she was the one for me. You should tell him that your step brother is gay and that it pisses you off (not necessarily in those words) when he makes fun of gay people. if he cares anything about your feelings then he will stop.
