Okay, just if you dont wanna say no or yes then just say what you think is best. But, just say you like it better when you guys are just "best friends" you know.. I mean he`s your best friend! Im sure he'll understand!!

Well since this guy is your best friend, tell him that you don't want to go out with him because it may hurt your friendship at the end and it will change things around between you two. Just tell him how you feel and tell him the truth. Hope I helped :)

If you like him, then go out with him. But if you don't like him, you have to sit him down and explain to him why you don't like him that way. You have to be sensitive to his feelings when you let him down, tell him that you just want to be friends with him and nothing more.
