Don't be afraid to go up and just talk to him. Find out what he's interested in and see if you two have anything in common. If you two have any classes together (and I know you do), talk to him about the homework or the teacher. If he voices an opinion that you disagree with, don't give in and pretend you agree. Argue with him - most guys like an opinionated girl.
After you find out some things about him (ie his favourite band), ask him if he like yours so the conversation can go both ways.

This guy is either trying to hide his feelings for you or he's telling the truth. By the "too good of a friend" comment, he probably is just trying to let you down easy without hurting your feelings. He may like you, though, so don't get your hopes down.
You can't make your guy like you, unfortunately. If you try to be something you're not and he starts liking you - you're only going to get your heart broken. If a guy doesn't like you for you, just move on.
There's nothing you can do about his interest or lack of interest in you. Just be yourself and everything will play out for the best. :)

It's kind of cheap stuff... pretty bad quality compared to other drugstore brands. The company boasts its name as if it's formulated by dermatologists, but it's actually not. I tried some of their concealer and it was cakey and made me feel disgusting.

Just talk to the guy in person... if you call someone you can't really tell what they're thinking (body language) and e-mail is kind of impersonal. A note is okay too, but I think talking to them in person is the best way.

Don't buy cheap stuff from party stores or Claires, the cheap products there could irritate your skin and/or look really tacky. Go to nonpierced.com - they have all kinds of fake piercings. I got a fake bellybutton ring from a little store in a market that bought their supplies from there and it looked really natural and didn't irritate.

Sounds like he does like you - but I could be wrong. He could just really like you as a friend. It sounds like he likes you, though.
What to do if he does like you is pretty straighforward. If you like him back, go out with him. If not, let him down easy and try to keep your friendship intact.

my friend spent the night at my house and her cousin was at her house but he has aol and yahoo and stuff. so we were talking to him online. i think i like him. and he said he wants to be my boyfriend. but i already have a boyfriend. whos millions of miles away right now. he'll be back in September but i dont know what to do! my recent boyfriend is 1 year younger than me and this guy is 2 years older than me. (i know, i dont date guys my age lol) I don't know what to do! the one whos not my boyfriend is in a different town but it only takes about 6/7 minutes to get to his town and i go to my brothers house in that town almost every weekend and sometimes weekdays. but we go to different schools and stuff. the only way we would see each other is when he goes to my friends house..cuz their cousins...lol. and i live half a block away from my friend. and my boyfriend goes to my school and lives in the same town but i still never get to see him......hes in a different part of the school. i dont know what to do!! help me please. i dont wanna cheat. :( sorry its so long.

Whatever you do, don't do anything with this guy unless you break it off officially with your boyfriend first. If you think this other guy is truly worth it and you like him better than your boyfriend, you should end things with your boyfriend - it's not fair to lead a guy on like that.
I know it may be frustrating having your boyfriend on vacation, but that's not a good enough reason to start thinking about dumping him. Again, if you like one guy better, don't lead the other on. So if you like your boyfriend better, make sure the other guy knows you just want to be friends.

You can wear whatever kind of underwear you like any time, but thongs are usually worn when wearing tight pants...
When I wanted one, I just went out with a friend and got one myself. My mom didn't mind, she actually though it was funny. If you think your mom would freak out if you did this, just tell her that you hate it when your underwear shows through your pants. Then just ask her quickly and simply. Don't be embarrassed, she probably has one too.

I would recommend either the guitar or bass guitar. Both of those are less expensive than the drums, and more straightforward.
I play the bass, so I'm kind of biased. I like it because you barely ever meet anyone else who plays it and it's easy to learn the basics. Also, it would be easy to find a band that needs a bassist.
The guitar is nice as well, and I'm sure the drums are as too. It's just that, since you're fourteen and probably don't have a lot of money, drums couldn't be an option unless your parents help you pay for them/rent them and are okay with the noise.

At least wait until he and his g/f break up... you don't want to ask out someone who obviously already has feelings for somebody else. Just wait until they break up and wait a while until they get over each other. Make sure to ask your friend before asking him out, you wouldn't want to lose her just for a guy.
Make sure you like him for the right reasons... don't go out with him just so you can have a b/f. If everything seems fine, go ahead and ask him.

You should go see him in person instead of texting him because that will show that you care a lot about him and really want to get him back. Bring him some flowers (I read this poll that said 93 percent of guys would like that) or a poem or something. Just knock on his door and tell him that you still love him and you are truly sorry. No matter how angry he gets, stay calm.
