The poor guy's obviously very hurt (and probably a little scared he's going to open the door and find some heavy blokes at his door). If you're to stand any chance of getting this guy back you're going to have to tread pretty gently. Go to see him and avoid a scene at all costs. You need to explain why you acted the way you did and give him firm solid reasons why it won't happen again. telling him "I love you, I'm sory" won't be enough. In his mind what's to stop the same thing happening again?

Bring him some flowers (I read this poll that said 93 percent of guys would like that) or a poem or something. Just knock on his door and tell him that you still love him and you are truly sorry. No matter how angry he gets, stay calm.
