ive had that happen to me before. where one of my really close guy friends likes me. and honestly there is not a way to tell them without hurting them. You just have to try and tell them in the nicest way possible. when one of my guy friends liked me i said "your like a brother to me i couldnt like you that way" so then atleast they know that you like having them as a close friend. its hard i know

hey well seeing how your a guy you probably dont understand that when a girl gets attatched to a guy she gets attatched. there is a girl in my school who has been going out with this boy on and off all year. hes a total asshole to her but she still loves him. even though all of her friends tell her he isnt the right choice for a boyfriend. so dont expect her to completely get over him any time soon. if you want to help her get her mind off of him just do alot of friendly stuff for her. go to the movies...mall...arcade. or watever she likes to do for fun. if she can. their jealous. you arent making your friend feel any better by bragging about how the guy she likes flirts with you. your kinda rubbing it in her face. i wouldnt feel too good if i was her either. you need to talk to her about it. friendships are more important than relationships.

well all the other things you said are simply because of your scheduel thats alright. everyone is busy sometimes. you just need to find time to hang out with your friends. but it is a REALLY bad idea to hook up with your friends ex. especially if she still talks to him and has feelings for him.

i love singing, dancing and acting! i love been on stage but every time i do the school production or tell people i go to a stage school on a weeken then they say that its typical and say that im a drama queen. one of my friends say that i learn to act so that i can lie and make up stories to get attention! i dont know where it comes from because im really quiet at school. i only open up on stage because i feel that its not me! am i o.t.t? what do i do to change their minds?

well they seem pretty jealous. the probably wish they had your talent so they are making excuses for your achievement for their own self gain. dont worry about what they think. if they where good friends they would support you and your goals.

its good that you admit that you are jealous of her. theres nothing you can really do. just let her enjoy herself and you are just going to have to deal with it. you dont want to make her feel bad about falling in love with someone.

Ugh. My best friend kelly thinks she's a really good singer. The problem is... she sux! She's also going to be in the talent show and perform a song. When she does, she's gonna be sooo emmbarrased aftwerwards! Everyone's gonna make fum of her. I don't know what to do, or how to break it to her!! Should I just let her be TOTALLY embarrased? Help!! today in my chorus class we had tryouts for solos. plenty of people sang infront of the class and no offense to any of them but they sucked. Nobody made fun of them. They still clapped and maybe made a comment or two afterwords but nothing over the top. Dont worry about it. If she was that bad they wouldnt have her perform in the show and embarrass herself.

I go to a private school, and my friend did also, but then she went public. i still keep in touch with her and she is still a really great friend. But now i have this other great friend in school with me and i'm not sure wiether to think she is a better friend or not. Should i replace her? is it bad that i do not feel as close to my previous best friend?

I have a BFF. We are really close. Whenever she's gone, Im so used to seeing her every day. I get sick and mope. I can't help it. i feel sick and mopey. Then when she coems home my sickness is gone and I'm happy again. When she's gone I still do stuff with friends and have a fun time. But I really miss her.

Okay...my so called best friend Vallorie,Hannah,and Becca...in school the other day ditched me! I always wait for them in classes but i was walking with them and they just ran the other way. It was so sad. I dont know why they did it but im very confused. So i didnt see them the rest of the day. We are supposed to have an easter party tommorow but i dont know what i am going to do? i went on a cruise this summer and met a lot of new friends and still keep in touch with a few. but heres the thing, my friends at home get really mad if i even mention them. i dont think its because they are jealous because they are always exclusive to me and never have me over, ect. they also get mad if talk about a boy a like. its not really them getting mad, they just role they're eyes or sigh or look like really annoyed. i constantly feel like i have to watch what i say or they'll get mad at me. what shoudl i do?!

hey, i dont think you really understand what bullemia is. You cant just stop. Its more of a mental disorder than a physical one. you cant just stop. I'm really bad at starting conversations with people. I've been rejected by SO many guys because I'm "to quiet". I know i should be myself but the thing is that I don't want to be the girl that keeps her mouth shut all the time. hey i used to be in the same situation with you. But guys didnt call me "too quiet" they didnt even notice me. Part of it is because i didnt really show that i was confident in myself. Guys love girls who have confidence. Walk into a room like you own the place not liek you HAVE to be there. Start with that and see if any guys try to start a convorsation with you. This quiet to confident change is gonna have to take time so dont rush and run into school liek a spaz. Just slowely start coming out of your shell. Thats what i did and i noticed a big change.

I have a friend. I met her in September and she was really nice for about a month and then she started hitting me for no apparent reason. Supposedly her dad "abuses her" but no physically, and whenever she hits me she blames it on that and her insomnia. Her insomnia is cured, and if she's smart enough to blame her problems on her dad, I think she's smart enough not to do it. So it's been months now, and she's bruised me a lot, in the face once. She threatens people and blames it on me when I get beaten and whenever I get a bruise she says "It prolly just something stupid you did to yourself to blame on me." So she started talking about killing people, one of them happens to be my major crush who I would do anything for, but I can't tell her or she'll kill me. (different problem) So I went to my principal because she'll end up killing someone, and we got into a fight. The principal said she's not worth it and to stop talking to her. She said she's sorry but I don't believe it, but I'm scared she's going the beat me if I tell her. I can't ignore her forever. What should I do?

Um she sounds really um odd...tell her that you want her to lay off you and leave you alone...say shes a good friend but you dont exactly appreciate what shes going through..wow thats messed up...
