♥ Hey!! My name is Allie Ribley.♥ I'm 15 years old turning 16 in April. And I live in Springfield, Illinois. It's pretty boring and theres not much to do. That is why I am so thankful for all my friends, they keep me busy and give me things to do! :) We like to go shopping,♥ some times go see a movie, but we like to rent them better, hang out at each others houses, and party! I love to party!!♥ Some people say I am wasting my life by just partying all the time, but my theory is that you only live once, so live it how you want!! Both of my parents are alcoholics, I have an older sister [20 in February] I talk to her about some of it but I don't think she fully understands because she is not hardly ever home to know what I have to go through.♥ Their drinking problems really bother me. i've been feeling sad for a couple of months now because i felt that my bestfriends are drifting away. then yesterday, i was with my friends at a school basketball game and my bestfriend got mad at me out of nowhere. then i started thinking like always, but i started crying. i pulled one of my friends to the bathroom with me and stayed in there. then my friends and my bestfriend started coming in and they told me to come out. i came out, but my bestfriend started ignoring me. we went back to the game, but i couldn't stop crying. my bestfriend hasn't talked to me ever since and i think that she thinks it's her fault. i slept for 13 hours but i still feel tired and i've been crying for no reason. i have no energy to eat. what's up with me? what should i say to my bestfriend?

I am 16, f, and I once had some friend (pal-friend, not boyfriend) who was in my class. When I got put into another one, he'd just ignore me. What I want now is to trigger some remorse for him, making him want... anything, no matter, as long as he shows he is sorry and at best will talk to me about it. The thing is that I can NOT talk to him before that happens. Since this is not about reconciliation.

i have a friend who moved here last february & we have become really good friends. i mean really close...we can talk to each other about things that i don't think i could even tell most people. i just feel like i am missing something, because i don't know about her past. i know she has a dad, stepmom & stepsister (her stepmom has been married to her dad for only a little over a year but they are luckily very close). however, i have no idea what happened to her real mom. she has never mentioned her ever...i don't know if she's dead, if her parents are divorced, or what. it never use to bother me, but now that we are so close i just feel like i should know something. i know that she proabably has never mentioned her for a reason (she might be sad or angry perhaps?) but as her close friend i feel like i should be able to know somehting. do you think i should bring it up? if so how would you go about doing that (and if something bad happened with her mom i really don't want her to get upset or angry). do you think it is appropriate for me to say/ask anything at all? if you were in this situation would you ask?thanks!
♥ You are right, she probably hasn't talked about her for a reason. I would go ahead and ask her. If she doesn't want to talk about it though, don't push her. Just let her know that you are interested. If she doesn't talk about it then, she will open up with time. Just give her awhile. But I would go ahead and ask her.

ok i have a huge group of friends where everyone all hangs out..but there is little groups of friends inside the group...like i hvae 2 BEST friends M and C....
and M has been my best friend since 6th grade...and we pretty much do everythign together and c has been our friend since 8 th b/c she moved her in 8th and now were freshman....
C used to be very "active.." and me and m are not like this and she is alll the time...i mean its ok if you really love omeone ...but she cant reven count how many bj's shes given...so now in h/s shes just...like idk just obnoxious...like acting dumb and stuff and is rude to teachers and i tried to tell her ...that if she excepts teachers to be nice to her and not always yell at her that she shouold probaby be respectful....i mean im not a goodie goodie or perfect but im not ruide to teahers and its getting really old all the stuff she does for attention...so idk..any ideas on what to do??

What if you do a really bad thing and you know you were wrong. but you dont ask for forgiveness right away. You wait. and.. its not good to wait and you start feeling guilty and decide to say sorry after 2 months. Its been long yes but you think its possiable that the other person will forgive? especially if the apology is sincer?! im not saying that they ll be bestfriends again but will she atleast forgive her? She was wrong too. and she should have said sorry too but will she forgive??
um, you kind of need to be a little more specific. cuz really, you could be talking about anything. but um depends on how good of friends you were i guess. just depends on the situation on whatever happened...but i know if it were me i would probably forgive the other person.

well, you gotta be honest, try saying _________ (her name), we're not trying to be mean when we say this, but this is how we feel, then tell her what you think, in a nice way though, don't just attack her, and yelling at her, maybe at the end be like, we're kinda serious about this this time soo could you possibly work on it, and also let her no, that you still want to be her friend, you just want her to change a little bit. Okay, I'm not going to say any names but i had a friend named bob. me and him have been best friends since the 6th grade and we are both in the 8th. well i have a best friend named SUSIE. Me and susie used to be the ONLLYYY ones he cared for, and we were the "loves" of his life. I know he meant it, and i know he loved us more than anything because he would ALWAYS show it. well anyways me and him were closer than him and susie were and well he cared about me SO MUCH that he would always be around me, sit next to me, worry about me, how my day was and etc; well i talked to him about it about 3 times and every time i did, his heart practically shattered. well anyways i TOTALLY understands where he's coming from because i know how it feels like to be lost. he found a new girl and i know her too. her name is JULIE. well her and julie were getting hella close, and i talked to him about how i felt ( in a note)and he came up from behind me when i was sitting down and he whispered in my ear" no one can EVER take your place" but yeah yeah he says all these things about he loves me so much and he wouldnt know what to do if he lost me, but im so confused because all his away messages say " i love you julie more than anything, your the only thing i care about" blah blah blah, then why does he tell me he still loves me? and im so confused because he always tells me " im the best" and yet i see his comments on myspace telling that to every other girl .., what i'm trying to say is i dont know if i should get closer to him like i was, or if i should get away from him and let him worry about me, or if i should just not talk to him until he talks to me. im hella confused and if you can help me, great. their is alot more to this story so please IM me, but still respond to this on his website!

Things are changing, he now likes this other girl as a girlfriend. he likes you as a friend. There is nothing wrong with that.
You just have to accept the fact that you are not the only girl in his life now, sure you two will still be really good friends, but he will probably be hanging out with julie a lot more, and that shouldn't be a problem.
Sounds like you like him more than a friend, maybe try explaining to him how you feel.

Hey, no I wouldn't be offended, he means this in two different ways i'm sure. He probably thinks your awesome and knows that you will always be there for him and your a great friend and stuff, as to when he says it to her he probably just means it with a little more feeling sexually, if you know what i mean?
theres this kid in my school and he's really a bad boy. he's turning 17 and is still a freshman, he smokes and drinks on top of other things. he doesnt do well in school. i think he's kind of a player but idk, maybe he just has a lot of friends. i know he's one i shouldnt like but he is kind of hoTt and really sweet and i wouldnt mind just being friends with him.
he liked me and i would talk to him all the time but i felt kind of uncomfortable with him at one point so i backed off and when he realized it he backed off too. now i dont see him as much anymore and he only walks me to class when he gets the chance.
how can i tell if he still likes me?
should i continue any kind of relationship with him? and if so, how should i go about it this time?

alright, i totally understand how this would be hard. Maybe if you felt comfortable with him at your house you could just ask him to come to yours instead, and if you aren't comfortable with that either, then maybe you should just be honest with him and let him no that your not totally ready for that yet? ok well .. i have a best friend lets just say her names (debby) and we have been best friends since last year and i have this ex best friend (lila).. well my parents have never liked lila they said i was really mean when i was aroudn her and my attitude changed around them abd she caused soem problems.. so i had to quit haning around her.. and now lila is hanging out with my best friend debby and i know she is doing it on purpose because she use to hate debby and plus she has liek no friends at all.. well now i cant hang around debby because lila is always around her and i am always left out.. so my ? is do i still hang aroudn them even i hate her so much or do i just leave them all alone until she stops hanging around her..

Hi, I have this friend, lets call her Taylor. Well, Taylor is really annoying. Taylor got really mad. I don't really know why though. Well, I try to cheer people up when the get mad at me telling jokes, buying them junk, ect. She even got mad at me for trying to make her happy!!!! Well we have had many fights. I don't really like Taylor that much anymore. I am trying to break away from he but whenever I try she pulls me in closer. I am getting tired of this. It is like she is living off me. Also she has zero respect for anybody, her mom, me, rules, friends, even little chilren. I don't know what to do anymore. I think my PMS is getting to me. I don't really know.
