I think I am fat. I weigh about 116-120 pounds and am about 5"4. Is this overweight?
I don't have like ANY time at all to exercize, I do lose weight, but than I end up gaining it all back on. I can't wake up an hour earlier in the morning because I am already tired as is. I am busy like ALL the time. Does anyone have any way I could lose weight quickly, and wouln't take much time out of my schedual?

First of all, you are not fat AT ALL. You are perfect. Anyway, you say you always lose weight and then gain it back. That is not good. How are you losing weight in the first place? It seems like if you are just losing and gaining that you are messing with your metabolism.

I need to start eating healthy. But it only lasts like not even a couple days. And then i just say screw it and i give up. I need something to motivate me but i haven't yet found anything. But i need advice on how to stay on a healthy diet and not give up. What foods should i stay away from? i know chocolates and sweets and other? Thanks a bunch!

I TOTALLY know how you feel. Make sure you keep healthy foods in your house, not junkfood. If you keep junkfood and other sweets in your house you will be tempted to eat them. Learn how to love healthy foods.

Well, dieting is very hard. Dont refer to it as a diet, but as a change in your eating and fitness habits. You should start slowly. Set realistic goals for yourself. Do you eat the right foods? Excercise at least 4 times a week? Get back to me.

I read that if you eat breakfast everyday you will lose weight, is this true? If so, then how can I start eating breakfast without gaining weight because I have not been eating breakfast for a few years? This is so confusing! Please explain and help. Thank you so much.

you should always eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is true that eating breakfast does help people lose weight. Studies show that people who do not eat breakfast tend to eat more later in the day. Eat a healthy breakfast, maybe whole wheat cereal, or oatmeal.

I am 13 years old. i weigh about 100 pounds & and i'm about 5'2 (girl) but i play a spot everday and dont lose weight...i don't get it! im pretty sure its not mouscle bc im not the muscular type-ish i mean im not fat but i'm scared im going to get fat. is there anything besdies sports that i can do? thank you!

well first of all, you are most definitely NOT fat AT ALL. Weighing 100 pounds and being 5'2 is thin, and maybe a little under weight. Keep doing your sports and if your worried about getting fat in the future, just eat healthy foods instead of junk. For example, eat an apple instead of doritos, or something like that. Other than that, you have got nothing to worry about.
