About Krupple

I'm a logical, very conservative nice-guy. Ask me anything and I'll give you a true answer.

I'm good with family issues. I can help a lot when it comes to 'can I get pregnant or a disease doing this' type of problems.
I'm no professional, but whenever I read professional advice, I find myself reading what I would have told the questioner to do.

I'll be frank and I'll try my best to help you out. I've seen so many things in my life even at my age and I always try to give friends advice before I have to watch a bad outcome.
Those who take it are lucky. Kidding, kidding.

By the way, I've heard it all before. Incest, rape, balloon fetishes, car stuck in mud fetishes, theft, physical abuse, gun crimes, bondage, bird sodomization, furries, teddy bear pregnancy questions (more than once), you name it, I've heard it all (Watch The Aristocrats if you don't know what I mean).
Don't be embarrassed. Even if I don't approve of what you've done, I will give you my best advice.
Audies

Oh yeah, another thing.
If you send me idiotic questions about my personal life, I'm going to ignore you.
EXAMPLE: Note that this yotch doesn't even know I'm a dude.

"My boyfriends eating me out now have you ever been ate out ore sucked dick"

Don't ask questions like the one above

I don't know why, but small noises (such as people smacking their lips when they eat, or someone breathing heavily) make me really annoyed. I can't talk to anyone if they are doing something like that, because I can't concentrate. Can someone tell me what's going on??

14/f

I have OCD. Don't listen to the other people who are saying it could be OCD; it's very common to get pissed at people for making noises. Besides, most people have a few OCD symptoms, so I urge you not to get medicated.
Other than that, you can jokingly tell them it bothers you. Most people (especially girls) get really pissed about smacking. It all depends on how you're raised too.
It just sounds like a pet peeve. I have the same one and my best friend is a horrible smacker.
You're not alone ;)

For the past few months, I've been feeling sad very often. I'm 15, female, and I guess I feel sort of alone. I constantly think about death, how I don't have many good friends, and how I don't have anything I really need to be happy.

I'm also on a diet, I've lost 20 pounds, because I think I need to be skinnier.

I guess what I'm asking is, am I depressed? And do I need some sort of help? My mom knows how I feel and she is always lecturing me about it. I just want to know what I can do to not feel this way.

I and many others have been through the exact same thing. Depression really SUCKS! Mine lasted about 6 months to a year and most people go through a couple in their lives, so don't think you are alone.

Two things that help depression are walking and getting out of the house. A simple walk around the block can be freeing and relaxing.

Try hanging out with friends. I don't advise getting into a relationship with any guys though because a breakup could cause a relapse if it happens too soon.

You can also try meds but take caution and read about side effects. Wellbutrin is supposedly great and has very, very minimal side effects. The only one I know of off the top of my head is increased sexual satisfaction. So that's definantly a bonus.

Good luck, message me again if you need anything.

My Best friend has had problems with an eating disorder and with cutting for some time now. She is in therapy and recieving treatment for both, however she still sometimes relapses and doesn't eat or cuts. Her boyfriend seems to think it is apropiate to say things to her when she doesnt eat like "If you don't eat tommorrow then I'm not going to either" Or if she ends up cutting he cuts himself. I think that he is making her feel worse when all she really needs is support... What should I do...Opinions? Advice?

Opinions.
I think that's really funny.
What a great boyfriend.

Sometimes I get really lonely for no reason. I'm always around family and friends but I feel really lonely. I just feel down and depressed. I don't know why I feel so lonely and abandoned. Does anyone know what's wrong with me?

I don't know how old you are, but it could be puberty. I know, it sucks. I've been there before, and it was more than puberty. But it could always be depression. If it persists you might need to talk to a doctor.

alright well eversince i was very young,
i've always had this fear of small circles in a
cluster. they just freak me out. whenever i see
a cluster of things [ie:airbubbles in water, the teeth of a comb, polka dots, bard codes] anything related to that, i FREAK OUT. i almost want to cry, and i dont know what to do. whenever i tell my parents, they laugh at me, and say i have an OCD.
but wont take me to the doctors to see what it really is. they make me sick to my stomach.

someone please help me. has anybody
ever heard of a phibia like this?

I've never heard of this phobia, but I myself have pretty severe OCD when I'm not on my meds, and I can tell you this alone is not OCD.

Everyone has a phobia, so there's probably no name for it. You should also always avoid medication at all costs. It's recommended that people go on it if they either are getting to a point where they are constantly miserable, or it's taking up 4 hours or more of your day.

Best of luck to you.

i have a really bad phobia of brown recluse spiders. its getting to the point where i cant sleep at night, and im contstantly checking under chairs, under tables, on walls of smaller spaces, and on celings and corners of rooms when i walk in, and i always feel like somethings crawling on me. i feel like im going crazy, what can i do to get over this??

I have OCD, and it's not OCD as the other person suggested. It's just a phobia. There are a few methods of curing phobias, but if this persists for more than a few months and it's taking up a couple of hours a day, I'd definantly see if there's some kind of a medicine you could get on. But avoid medicine at all costs.

I am in so much emotional pain right now it could kill a cow!

I was basicly raped

I have lost everything

im not in school

everything is just going down the drain and I hate it!

What can I do to make this stop and have me be happpppy once in my life i just want to be happy

Kill the cow.

Getting raped is always unfortunate. I have a friend, she has been raped by 7 different people at different times and I realize it can be hard to cope with.

You say you lost everything. Do you have your family? any friends? Self respect? These are the first things you need to look to or restore. If you're religious, you can look to your God.

You should really get back in school. It will help with money problems and allow you to meet people.

It sounds like you have a real reason to be depressed, but there are many bumps in the road, and most people get extremely depressed about 2 times in thier life (on average). Once you get out, you realize why life is really so great.

Good luck.
Write if you need anything.

I think I have social anxiety disorder. I want to get tested for it, so I was wondering what kind of procedure they do to test you for it?

They make you appear on stage in just your bathing suit, and then they tar and feather you. If you scream, you have a disorder.

I'm just kidding. They'd just sit you down in a room with a comfortable atmosphere and interview you one on one. They'd ask about what type of situations make you nervous, and how often you find yourself in those situations.

After that, they'd work with you on methods that would help you to get past your anxieties and be more outgoing.

Good luck.

Is social anxiety passed down genetically. My grandma has it and I think I may have it too. Would my chances be more if my grandma has it but my parents dont that I have it?

Anxiety can defiantly be passed down. And yes, it could have affected your Grandma, neither of your parents, and then you. There's no way to know for sure if yours is genetic, but yes, it is possible.

There are many ways to get past it without meds though. I wouldn't encourage them unless it's a last resort.

I'm a guy, and junior in high school. I am constantly worried about everything in my life. For instance what I'm going to wear, is my dad mad at me, am I depressed, what my grades are, is my mom alive, just everything like that, even if my friends are mad at me. I worry about everything it drives me nuts all of the time. And when I'm worried about that I can't concentrate on the important things like grades, am I doing the right thing in life, and just crap like that. I told my mom I worry too much and I even worry about her grown up things like who is going to buy my car does she have enough money in the bank. I need some help hear what do I do?

Hmmm, if it's bothering you that much you might want to go see a professional to see if you have GAD (General Anxiety Disorder).
Hope you can solve your problem.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive drive to perform a particular task or set of tasks, compulsions commonly termed rituals.

Obsessions are thoughts and ideas that the sufferer cannot stop thinking about. Common OCD obsessions include fears of acquiring disease, getting hurt, or causing harm to someone. Obsessions are typically automatic, frequent, distressing, and difficult to control or put an end to by themselves. People with OCD who obsess over hurting themselves or others are actually less likely to do so than the average person.

Compulsions refer to actions that the person performs, usually repeatedly, in an attempt to make the obsession go away. For an OCD sufferer who obsesses about germs or contamination, for example, these compulsions often involve repeated cleansing or meticulous avoidance of trash and mess. Most of the time the actions become so regular that it is not a noticeable problem. Common compulsions include excessive washing and cleaning; checking; hoarding; repetitive actions such as touching, counting, arranging and ordering; and other ritualistic behaviors that the person feels will lessen the chances of provoking an obsession. Compulsions can be observable — washing, for instance — but they can also be mental rituals such as repeating words or phrases, or counting.

Most OCD sufferers are aware that such thoughts and behavior are not rational, but feel bound to comply with them to fend off fears of panic or dread. Because sufferers are consciously aware of this irrationality but feel helpless to push it away, OCD is often regarded as one of the most vexing and frustrating of the major anxiety disorders.

People who suffer from the separate and unrelated condition obsessive compulsive personality disorder are not aware of anything abnormal with them; they will readily explain why their actions are rational, and it is usually impossible to convince them otherwise. People who suffer with OCPD tend to derive pleasure from their obsessions or compulsions. Those with OCD do not derive pleasure but are ridden with anxiety. This is a significant difference between these disorders.

Equally frequently, these rationalisations do not apply to the overall behavior, but to each instance individually; for example, a person compulsively checking their front door may argue that the time taken and stress caused by one more check of the front door is considerably less than the time and stress associated with being robbed, and thus the check is the better option. In practice, after that check, the individual is still not sure, and it is still better in terms of time and stress to do one more check, and this reasoning can continue as long as necessary.

Not all OCD sufferers engage in compulsive behavior. Recent years have seen increased diagnoses of Pure Obsessional OCD, or "Pure O." This form of OCD is manifested entirely within the mind, and involves obsessive ruminations triggered by certain thoughts. These mental "snags" can be debilitating, often tying up a sufferer for hours at a time. As of 2004, headway continues to be made by specialists. It is believed by many that Pure O OCD is in fact more prevalent than other types of OCD, although it is likely the most underreported as it is not visibly apparent, and sufferers tend to suffer in silence. In Pure O, the sufferer tries to "disprove" the anxious thoughts through logic and reasoning, yet in doing so becomes further entrapped by the obsessions. Pure O OCD is thought to be the most difficult form of OCD to treat.

OCD is different from behaviors such as gambling addiction and overeating. People with these disorders typically experience at least some pleasure from their activity; OCD sufferers do not actively want to perform their compulsive tasks, and experience no tangible pleasure in doing so.

I have it.

Recently, I have been having difficulty in concentrating, making decisions, and being confident in myself. Could this be signs of the dysthymic disorder? If so, how can I be able to treat it myself?

Don't think so. Attention doesn't seem to be a factor.

I just read something that someone else posted that made me wonder if i had an ocd as well.

When it comes to brushing my teeth they never feel clean, therefore i brush my teeth at least 5 times a day. Even if i hadnt eaten anything i brush them just because. Am i a freak or is this an ocd?

p.s even though im brushing them constantly they're still a little yellow its nasty. ive tried teeth whitening products but they dont seem to work. should i get the professionally whitened? if so how much do they cost?

sorry its long :[
But i rate 5's :]

I have about every OCD symptom under the sun. I'm medicated actually, hah. What you have is normal. Everybody seems to have at least one compulsive quirk.
It's not OCD.

I have a problem where i eat WAY TOO much! but i hate the way I feel afterwards and last spring I stopped eating completely and I loved the way I felt and looked but when i went to camp i just started eating again.... All I can ever think about is food! I'm not fat! (I was actually voted hottest younger sister by my older sister's guy friends!!!) But I'm just uncomfortable with the way I look. I'm on the shorter side with huge boobs that make me look thinner then i am but still... I want to feel thin! HELP ME!!!!

You need to talk to a professional. I have a friend who had this problem. She got down to 30lbs, sat up in bed in the hospital, and her heart stopped.
Not eating totally screws up your organs. Your body will literally start making your heart and other organs deteriorate.
The reason I said you should find someone to help you is not because you stopped eating, but because you obviously have a lower self image than you should.
