I don't want to eat anymore!

I have a problem where i eat WAY TOO much! but i hate the way I feel afterwards and last spring I stopped eating completely and I loved the way I felt and looked but when i went to camp i just started eating again.... All I can ever think about is food! I'm not fat! (I was actually voted hottest younger sister by my older sister's guy friends!!!) But I'm just uncomfortable with the way I look. I'm on the shorter side with huge boobs that make me look thinner then i am but still... I want to feel thin! HELP ME!!!!

Look, you don't look fat, obviously, and you don't feel fat. You just like food, and that's not a crime. Why don't you just eat as you normally would, and once you start to barely feel full, stop eating. Your body hasn't digested the food you ate all the way yet so you're actually fuller than you think you are. The Japanese say you should eat until you're 70% full. I think it's weird to put percentages on full, but it's a good idea. After you stop eating, wait 10 minutes. If you're still hungry, eat more. If not, you'll at least be comfortably full. If you don't have a weight problem and you don't eat because of emotional problems, just b/c you like food, this shouldn't be a problem. Hope this helps.

ok I know how you feel. Not eating at all is not the solution it SOO bad you might feel good but you arent good like inside. Its so dangerious. What you need to do is eat and balance your food. Dont eat TO much but dont stop eating. Make sure you have protien and other good heathy food. If you want mroe information ask your docter or parent. Also feeling thin is all pycological. If you feel good about yourself and you think your eating right then you will feel thin. I have that same problem and its really bad. So i mean your sisters bf said you were hot so i mean if people think your pretty and everything you should 2. I hope you get better and feel better about yourself. try some sports or something you like that will keep you active. like soccer, basketball, walking all the time, even an occisonal jog. anything to keep you active and inshape. just don't stop eating because thats disgusting. and plus, all of my guy friends have told me that girls playing sports are sexy ;)

You need to talk to a professional. I have a friend who had this problem. She got down to 30lbs, sat up in bed in the hospital, and her heart stopped.
Not eating totally screws up your organs. Your body will literally start making your heart and other organs deteriorate.
The reason I said you should find someone to help you is not because you stopped eating, but because you obviously have a lower self image than you should.

you kind of remind me of me because im kind of the same wway. if you think about it you are kind of lucky because when you eat it doesnt show even though you ahve a gross feeling. however, for some people when they eat it shows a lot and they also have a gross feeling. i think it would be different if you were on the bigger side which you are not. for now, just try to just cut down or watever but dont worry about wanting to eat food. your body is different and it does not come out onto you. just make sure you arent eating disgusting junk food all the time and it would get away the gross feeling.

Well, if you want to lose weight. Lose it the healthy way. Eat healthy by eating fresh fruits and vegetables and try to avoid the sodium (salt) and carbs. Try to work out every day, I walk around the neighborhood and listen to my ipod. Or if you have a dog, walk it every day. Once you do this for a while, you will get used to this lifestyle and the weight will eventually come off.
