I'm just kidding. They'd just sit you down in a room with a comfortable atmosphere and interview you one on one. They'd ask about what type of situations make you nervous, and how often you find yourself in those situations.
After that, they'd work with you on methods that would help you to get past your anxieties and be more outgoing.
