I've had a few boyfriends , but mostly we just hung out & stuff , no real dates.Today , I went on a date with the guy I've been with for like a couple weeks.I was just wonder how anyone else's first or first few dates were ?
Oh and we went to the movies.
Ugh, my first date was a wreck. I had been telling my best friend sarah about how I had fallen for this guy named Henry. Now Henry was one of the best looking guys in school and my friend sarah, she is like a total babe. So I figured maybe if she put in a good word he might call me. So I wait and wait and it was I think like a week later when I finally got a call. SO I see this weird umber and I pick up and this guy with a deep voice says "Hey is this Diane, it's henry." and at this point I am freaking out, like really freaking out. And he's like "I've liked you for a long time maybe we could go on a date sometime" and we continued to make dinner plans for a friday night. I was in ninth grade so I was scared I mean Henry was a junior and man I never thought with was possible. So lone and behold that friday I go to the restaurant and I'm looking and looking for Henry, and I see this nerd from my bio class. And he comes up to me and he's like oh hey looking for someone? And I'm like yeah.. And hes like hah funny so are we going to eat or what? And then I realized that was Henry Thomas I felt like SUCH an idiot. And I wasnt going to be mean so I went. It was just a big awkward mess. Man that night sucked. I must have ignored sarah for a month after that I was so awkward. I bet your date beat mine.

Okay so me ad my boyfriend have been dating a year, i love him id do anything for him hes been a best friend for me through so much stuff and i cant imagine things after us. Lately he was distant and last night he asked for a break because he didnt know what he wanted all my friends think hes a "douchebag" and i can do better. not just because of this instant but because of many. but i dont anyone else, as much as he says hurtful things i still love him and i know he loves me too. we decided not to talk for a week and see where that leaves us at first he says its going to help and then he says not to be hopeful. im so confused i want him so badly he says he doesnt know if he wants us, he says time has taken a toll. im really lost with all this and i cant stop crying and i dont know what to do.

Don't cry he seems like he has really changed in the year that you've been dating. If your friends see something in him they don't like they are probably right because all they are trying to do is watch out for you. And as different you may think he is when it is just you two its just as important for him to treat you right in front of your friends. He is probably saying that the break will be helpful because you will be use to not talking to him as much, which makes me find him even more lame. If i were you I'd take the bull by the horns and break up with him. It will make you feel fresh and give you a single outlook on the situation. And if he says that would upset him you will know he cares and i know you know he loves you but he's doubting it and being a jerk...You deserve better and I know you know that Good luck xoxo Diane
So I have been dating this guy for 10 months now, and he will be leaving in Sept for school overseas, the thing is... I know I'm going to be So hurt and in tears almost everday for about a month... I don't want to be like that!! I want to be able to end the relationship with a smile, don't go on any rebounds and just be happy that I was with someone SO great and NOT cry and break-down, you know?! If I were you I would have the best possible summer I could with him, not make any moves yet. But in the end have a talk with him, a serious talk about why you dont think it could continue. He should understand your needs and see how it is ideal for the both of you. And Just give him a kiss on the cheek and tell him it was fun while it lasted. It just implies girlfriend/boyfriend - you dont have to go on dates it basically just swearing of all other guys untill you two break up. It also means he can kiss you, help your hand, play with you hair and all that without you freaking out. You should def give him a chance dont worry you can always pull a "this isnt working out"

I know what it's like to be hurt, and it sucks. And I don't why or how you and your ex broke it off but it seems like you probably need some time to clear your head. My advice is you should probably turn a new leaf and look for someone new. Have you ever realized that when you try on a million different outfits you can never figure out what to wear, but when you throw on something fresh with barley any thought it always looks the best? Maybe what you need is a relationship without confusion for a while. If I were you i wouldn't swear off boys completely, just look for love in new places. I hope this helps xox Diane.
i really like this guy (R) and i think he likes me back but his best friend (G) was in love with me and told him to stay away from me. now G has a girlfriend but still doesnt want R to like me.

I think that talking to his friend seems like the easiest way.
His friend seems to care about you and know you, even if he does have a gf so you shouldn't feel intimidated to talk to him. And i understand that you don't want to go up to "R" and say man I have a crush on "G" and it would be real nice if you could back off but you dont have to do it that way.
If I was you I would talk to "R" and be like it is so weird "G" wont even look at me anymore do you know if he is mad at me or something? And if he denys it and says something like "yeah he is really mad at you dont talk to him" be like weird and confront "G" about it.

ok well me and this guy...lets call him bob...bab and I got close and after being friends I gave him a H.a.n.d.j.o.b. and we were both seeing someone;therefore I couldn't tell anyone at the risk of both our mates finding out..so now he's gone to camp scince yesterday.he hasn't told anyone.I told my bffl and she didn't tell anyone but someone overheard us and told EVERYONE.Now...what should I do because he won't belive it...he'll think I told everyone...maybe so I dunno what I should do to get him to forgive me if he's mad...he gets back from camp on Monday the 25 so what should I do ?

The guy I like finally broke up with his girlfriend. Well I can't say for sure, and I don't really know a guy who holds a three year grudge..but maybe. But I don't want to encourage wishfall thinking. I know you want to hear that he did but its not so likley but at the same time you were one of the 1st few people he told and that means alot. Obviously he is seeing if he can keep his trust in oyu and if it would work again. You want the truth? Yeah but its unhealthy if they aren't I mean seriously. Guys need that stuff to sustain hemeostasis. It isnt their fault there want to be turned on every second. okay well I've always wated to play like a truth game with my boyfriend like they do in that sarah dessen book, I believe its "the truth about forever" its really cute. But anyway you could totaly pick up one of those mario party games that everoyne loves or borrow from a friend. I have found myself in a really bad situation.
One of my best boy mates (lets call him P) really, really fancies me. I don't feel the same way about him, but I know that he's liked me the whole three years I've known him.
I'm in love with G, who unfortunately, happens to be P's best mate. G is the most amazing person I've ever met and he's what I look forward to first thing in the morning. He means more to me than anyone and if anyone ever tries to hurt him, I will never forgive them.
P, who is bisexual, also slightly fancies G, but G doesn't know this, and P fancies me a lot more.
G, however, has a girlfriend (lets call her L). On their myspace profiles, they both say they're in love with each other, but no matter how in love they are, I can still feel that me and G have a connection.
Before G started dating L, I thought he fancied me, and he says I'm hot, and everyone else has quite recently said he thinks I'm hot.
G and L's relationship is long distance, so is very hard for them and might not last that long.
The other day, me, G and P were all at a party. Me and G were in a room alone, sitting next to each other, when he poked my leg. I poked his leg, he looked shocked for a moment and then looked into my eyes. I gave him a flirty look. Then we just sat there looking at each other and he smiled. Then suddenly P walked in and G quickly walked away.
I really feel something there between me and G. I'm worried that if he and L did split up, and G did like me, he still wouldn't go out with me because P's one of his best friends and he knows how much P likes me.
What should I do?

I know you don't want to hear this, but you kind of have to wait it out. but have fun I mean maybe you could even talk to P and say that you dont really have a things for guys, who like other guys... and maybe you can talk to G about what people are saying almost in a joking way just to see what he really thinks. And keep flirting I mean who knows whats going to happen but no matter what its for the better. Just keep an open eye for signs that hes intrested and signs that P isnt. Awh cute. Okay I know I should be telling you to do the right thing, but if you wanted to do the right thing you wouldn't have asked what to do. There are only two reasons people ask for advice on this specific situation and they are: to justify what they want to do from what they should do, or to figure out what is the right move and what is wrong. Obviously you know staying with your boyfriend is right but obviously you dont want to do that. From my opinion you should go for that other guy because he woldn't tell you to do that to your boyfriend unless he really liked you or he was a god awful person. And im assuming hes nice. What you need to consider is who you wuold be happier with and who will always be there for you. I know getting a make-over for a guy is doing it for the wrong reasons!! But it's not like that, I'm not doing this so he'll want me. I'm doing it as a "thank you" for wanting me when I was ugly. He ALWAYS liked me for me. Never cared when people said "you're so hott, why date an ugly chick?" And I love him for it. But now, prom is almost here, in 4 weeks, and I want to blow his mind. I want to be drop dead GORGOUS, show off in front of his friends, make him proud, make people jelous of him, give him the attention he deserves and so on..
So how do I do this? How do I lose weight, get white teeth, get a tan,learn how to wear/put on make-up, be confident/sexy, and so on..in just 1 month?

That is by far the sweetest thing I have ever heard. So here are some things that might be able to help. Lossing weight is a little hard to do just watch what you eat carefully and you can loose alot of weight quickly. You can also get a dress that will make you look slimmer becasue of your body type. As for whiter teeth whitening strips are amazing i hear but i have never used them myself. And makeup :] well go to sephora and ask one of the people to help you figure out what looks good and what not becasue they are amazing at it. (I know that from experience) but anyway good luck have fun and im sure you'll look amazing.
