The guy I like finally broke up with his girlfriend. My friends, family, and other peeps like schoolmates think he just went out wiht her to get back at me because he asked me out like three years ago but I said no...do you think he got this girl to make me jealous...because it did. Now they broke up. When I talked to him like 4 days ago he talked to me about the situation and he went in septh with it and usually he always wants nothing to do with me but now he does. Much help is appreciated, I want the truth as well.My question basically is do you think he got this girl to go out wiht him to get back at me and will he ask me out soon? ((dont say ask him out because i am a very shy person)).

Diane_Delilah answered Tuesday June 19 2007, 7:07 pm: Well I can't say for sure, and I don't really know a guy who holds a three year grudge..but maybe. But I don't want to encourage wishfall thinking. I know you want to hear that he did but its not so likley but at the same time you were one of the 1st few people he told and that means alot. Obviously he is seeing if he can keep his trust in oyu and if it would work again. What I suggest you do is flirt with him and talk to him and keep the connection becasue if you do he WILL ask you out soon. But make a move quick before someone else does. Good luck really and tell me what happens I lovee this stuff :) GOODD LUCKK [ Diane_Delilah's advice column | Ask Diane_Delilah A Question ]
