how much should a fourteen year old who is 5'7 wiegh? whats a healthy weight for her?

anywhere from 115-140 is a good weight range for someone 5`7. everyone has different bodies, some people have small bones and a small frame and they might be 5`7 and only weigh 120, but someone 5`7 with larger bones and a larger frame might weigh 135 and they are still healthy. everyones bodys are different so as long as shes in that range shes doing good!

i already have a big butt but im a very small person, 5ft2 but i have a great body. i just have a little bellly and i wanna make it muscle, my boyfriend says its cute but i want it2 be muscle. wat should i do to have a big butt like black girls and aflat stomach but keep the rest of my form

i can help you here. okay what you need to do is do atleast 40-60 situps a day. dont overwork yourself and do 200 situps, because thats way too much and it wont make a difference. also, do lunges and stuff. oh yess also trying laying on your back and just lift up your feet and your arms and you will feel pressure which will tone up your stomach and your feet. and most importantly running. i know a lot of people who think running will just tone your legs but thats a lie. running reduces fat from almost every part of your body. situps wont make that much of a difference if you dont run as well.

now for eating healthy. im not saying you should only eat organic foods, but try not to eat the fatty and junk foods. start cutting down right now. excersizing is great, but if your going to eat a huge high calorie fatty meal right after excerising, you wont see any results.

so to wrap up what i just said because i know i might of confused you and sorry for my long response, just excersize AND eat healthy and you see great results.

oh yess just so you know, dont listen to the wackass person who posted under me that told you to eat chocolate, because thats the worst thing you can do because all of the fat and calories will go to your stomach!!! just letting you know...

any tips on how to lose around 10lbs in a week? i want to fit into an old dress ... 17/f ... even five lbs would help ... please im desperate!

10 pounds?! are you insane!! its only healthy to lose 1-3 pounds a week. just excersize so situps, cardio, work out, run on a tredmill, go for a walk and eat healthy then you will see a big difference.

you cant make yourself any taller.theres no pills or anything that will make you grow fast, sorry but its the truth.your going to have to wait it out. you should grow about 3 inches a year so dont worry you will catch up because everyone starts growing at different ages. until you grow just wear high shoes, and thats all you can do. ♥

Ya, I'm fat. But that's because there's nothing to do! I live miles away from a swimming pool, I'm not into sports like basketball or softball, I get bored of stupid little execises like situps and stretchs that are supposed to work your muscles. I can't get interested in doing anything physical although I know I need to lose weight badly because I look HORRIBLE. But what is there to do? NOTHING holds my attention!

get a tredmill if you dont have one and run on it while your watching television to keep your mind occupied.do situps while your watching tv too or listening to music.just run and excersize while doing something you like so that way you wont get bored.it helps.

Eat healthy and cut down on the junkfood and do regular crunches and side crunches (40 in the morning and 40 at night) and you can't just lose fat on one part of the body its impossible if you lose fat you lose it from everywhere so do cardio excersizes to burn fat as well like walking and running do it for 30 mins a day.

ok lately i've begun doing crunches every night to try and tone my stomach a bit. andf tonight, whenever i finished doing them, i looked at my stomach, there's a bunch of little red dots all over it. i don't know if it's because i'm possibly doing too many or what, but do you know what's going on? should i stop doing crunches for awhile?

Thats completely normal it just means your sweating alot and pimples are forming, (yes you can have pimples almost anywhere on your body.) Nothing to be concerned about.

i want to try out for cheerdancing but before that, my coach says i have to focus on my weight. she said i was too heavy but i'm still able to do stuff like cartwheel, handstand,etc. does anyone have tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way?? i'd appreciate it. by the way, i think tryouts are gonna be weeks from now.

I'm going to make this short and simple so you don't get confused, just eat healthy (no or very little junkfood) and only eat rougly around 1,500-1,800 calories a day and excersize and do lots of cardio like running swimming walking etc. and you should lose weight fast. ♥

how many calories do you have to burn to lose a pound?

It's 3,500 calories but just because you might be burning calories you are going to start losing fat and gaining muscle as you burn calories and since muscle weighs more then fat you might gain a couple of pounds. I hope this helps! ♥
